Public Confession of Sin Blessed Lord Jesus, before Your cross I bow see heinousness of my sin. Sin my malady, my monster, my foe, my viper. It born in my birth, alive in my life, strong in my character, dominating my faculties, following me as a shadow, intermingling with every thought, my chain that holds me captive in empire of my soul. Yet Your compassions yearn over me, Your heart hastens to my rescue, Your love endured my curse, Your mercy bore my stripes. Let me walk humbly in lowest depths of humiliation, bad in Your blood, tender of conscience, triumphing gloriously as an heir of salvation. Private Confession Words of Assurance Pardon of Gospel There refore now no condemnation for those who are in Chrt Jesus. Romans 8.1 Th Scripture memory verse for November. Then, if re no one to save us, we will give ourselves up to you. 4 When messengers came to Gibeah of Saul, y reported matter in ears of people, all people wept aloud. 5 Now, behold, Saul was coming from field behind oxen. And Saul said, What wrong with people, that y are weeping? So y told him news of men of Jabesh. 6 And Spirit of God rushed upon Saul when he heard se words, h anger was greatly kindled. 7 He took a yoke of oxen cut m in pieces sent m throughout all territory of Israel by h of messengers, saying, Whoever does not come out after Saul Samuel, so shall it be done to h oxen! Then dread of LORD fell upon people, y came out as one man. 8 When he mustered m at Bezek, people of Israel were three hundred thous, men of Judah thirty thous. 9 And y said to messengers who had come, Thus shall you say to men of Jabeshgilead: Tomorrow, by time sun hot, you shall have salvation. When messengers came told men of Jabesh, y were glad. 10 Therefore men of Jabesh said, Tomorrow we will give ourselves up to you, you may do to us whatever seems good to you. 11 And next day Saul put people in three companies. And y came into midst of camp in morning watch struck down Ammonites until heat of day. And those who survived were scattered, so that no two of m were left toger. 12 Then people said to Samuel, Who it that said, Shall Saul reign over us? Bring men, that we may put m to death. 13 But Saul said, Not a man shall be put to death th day, for today LORD has worked salvation in Israel. 14 Then Samuel said to people, Come, let us go to Gilgal re renew kingdom. 15 So all people went to Gilgal, re y made Saul king before LORD in Gilgal. There y sacrificed peace offerings before LORD, re Saul all men of Israel reoiced greatly.
