Faith before the Mass or Damnation 7/27/02 RJMI Comment: This letter was written to a family who has been kind to me in the past and whom I care about very much. They have been like family to me. Sadly, they are divided into many camps. They all hold that the Holy See and local sees are vacant, and the dogma No Salvation Outside the Catholic Church in its true sense. But, they attend Mass at different non-catholic churches, the Society of St. Pius X, the Society of St. John, and a priest, Fr. C., whom this letter speaks about, who supports the schismatic and heretical line of Bishop Noe Thuc and engages in a false ecumenism. J. and P. attend Mass at Fr. C. s non-catholic church. Note: My new address is 302 East Joffre St., T or C, NM 87901-2878. Dear P. & J. (and family), R. J. M. I. March 19, 2002 St. Joseph, pray for us! J.M.J Thank you for you response. Enclosed is some information that will be of help in seeing the truth. They are debates that took place with John Lane, Peter Dimond, Catholic Apologetics (SSPX), and Thomas Sparks, who is associated with the St. Benedict Center in New Hampshire. Fr. C. is guilty of many of the same crimes. Fr. C. is a non-catholic heretic, and may also be a schismatic if he does not condemn the Society of St. Pius X as being schismatic. One simple test you are obliged to do is ask the people at the church you attend Mass at what they believe in. Not generally but specifically. Such as, do Moslems worship the true God? Do men have the right to religious liberty? Can men be saved who lived and died worshipping false gods and practicing false religions? Was Bishop Noe Thuc Catholic? Can Catholics pray in communion with non-catholics? Is John Paul II an apostate antipope? You will surely find that many are heretics and some may even be apostates, believing Moslems and apostate Jews worship the true God. You will then realize that you and Fr. C. have put the Mass before the Faith. The faith is a low priority on your list. You will realize you have been attending Mass with heretics who are sacrilegiously receiving Holy Communion along with yourself. You must ask yourself, honestly, Why has no one even cared to ask those who attend your church what they believe, dogma by dogma, in order see if they are Catholic or not? Worst of all, why has the priest not asked them, who is supposed to be the shepherd of souls and guardian of faith? Why has the priest not demanded they hold the full deposit of faith before they can receive Holy Communion from him? If he admits they are ignorant of the faith, then it is

his duty to teach them and demand they believe it, profess, and live by it. If the priest teaches the Catholic faith (dogmas) as only his opinion, in which his flock is free to accept or deny, then he is Protestant and not Catholic. If he does not demand everyone that attends his Mass believe John Paul II is an apostate antipope, then he has no right to call him an apostate antipope either. Does Fr. C. demand all who attend his church hold the full deposit of faith and profess it by putting it in writing? It is an infallible teaching of the Church that all non-catholics must abjure to enter the Church, just as Catholics must confess mortal sins? Just because there is no pope or Catholic bishops with ordinary jurisdiction does not dispense of these laws. Does Fr. C. require specific point-by-point abjurations for newcomers who have either held heresies or been in schism, or have been in communion with those who do? If he does not then his church is fertile ground for sacrilegious receptions of Holy Communion. How does he know who is Catholic and who is not? His not thoroughly checking the faith ahead of time of those who attend his Mass make him guilty of sacrilege every time he gives apostates or heretics Holy Communion. Therefore, whosoever shall eat this bread, or drink the chalice of the Lord unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and of the blood of the Lord For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily eateth and drinketh judgment to himself. (1 Cor. 11:27,29) And all present, you included, are guilty for being partners in the crime, and defending it by silence and concealment. Canon Law: It is forbidden to administer the Sacraments of the Church to heretics and schismatics, even though they are in good faith and request the sacraments unless they shall have previously renounced their errors and obtained reconciliation with the Church. You cannot escape guilt by saying you did not know there were heretics and schismatics in your church if you did not even inquire into the faith of those you attend Mass with. You can easily ask the people what they believe in, point by point. By Fr. C. not demanding his flock hold and practices the full deposit of faith, he has shirked his obligation to profess the faith and in so doing has implicitly denied the faith, and shares in their sins by his silence, concealment, and defending the ill done. Canon Law: Obligation to Profess the Faith - The faithful are bound to profess their faith openly whenever under the circumstances silence, evasion, or their manner of acting would otherwise implicitly amount to a denial of the faith, or would involve contempt of religion, an offense to God, or scandal to the neighbor. Catechism Question: In how many ways may we either cause or share in the guilt of another s sin? Answer: We may either cause or share the guilt of another s sin in nine ways: 1. By counsel; 2. By command; 3. By consent; 4. By provocation; 5. By praise or flattery; 6. By concealment; 7. By being a partner in the sin; 8. By silence; 9. By defending the ill done. (See my book Sins of Omission.) Even if Fr. C. did this, it would not be enough because he is an heretic for denying the Salvation Dogma because He believes men can be saved who lived and died worshipping false gods and practicing false religions; he is an apostate scholastic. He is a heretic for defending the apostate Bishop Noe Thuc. He is a heretic and schismatic for not condemning the heretical and schismatic Society of St. Pius X (SSPX); and, correct me if I am wrong, he allows his flock to attend Masses at non-catholic churches, such as the SSPX and thus pray in communion with non- 2

Catholics. He gives Holy Communion to your other family members who do not attend his church and does not care what they believe or what church they attend. That is religious indifferentism to the highest degree. If he believed firmly that he has the truth, he should preach it to them and demand they hold it. But, again, he does not have the truth himself. I am not saying your family should go to him. No, because he is a heretic and apostate. They must abjure and enter the Catholic Church, stay home on the Lord s Day and be patient, in be in religious communion with us Catholics at Mary s Little Remnant. Not only do you not console Jesus when you attend Mass at Fr. C. s church you blaspheme Him, by thinking you can receive grace while denying the faith and being totally indifferent toward it. Satan holds our Lord s Precious Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity hostage in these churches, just as he does in the Greek Schismatic churches. Satan offers you Holy Communion only if you first deny the faith, either explicitly or implicitly by shirking your duty to profess the faith and by sins of omission. If you pass Satan s test he allows you to sacrilegiously receive Holy Communion. Believe me, the consolations you get from sacrilegious receptions of Holy Communion are from Satan and not God. God is not the author of sin. This is an operation of error God allows, because you would not believe the truth so that you might be saved (2 Thess. 2:9-11). Below are some quotes to ponder on. Wings of Eagles: Before Campion and his associates began to preach, Catholics had often compromised with Protestantism to the extent of attending the official church services. But Campion preached recusancy, bold and uncompromising. Catholics could not attend the Protestant services and retain their faith. 1 St. Athanasius: Saint Anthony never held communion with the Meletian schismatic, knowing their wickedness and rebellion from the beginning, nor had friendly converse with the Manicheans, nor any other heretics, save only to warn them to return to their duty, believing and teaching that their friendship and society was a harm and ruin to the soul, still also he loathed the Arian heresy and taught all neither to go near them nor partake in their ill-faith. St. Ignatius of Antioch: It is fitting, therefore, that you keep aloof from such persons, and neither in private nor in public speak to them. But flee from all abominable heresies and those who cause schism Brethren, do not be deceived. If any man follows him who separates from the truth, he shall not inherit the kingdom of God; and if any man does not stay away from the preacher of falsehood, he shall be condemned to Hell If anyone walks according to a foreign doctrine, he is not of Christ, nor a partaker of His passion. Have no fellowship with such a man, lest you perish along with him, even though he should be your father, your son, your brother, or a member of your family. 2 I desired knowledge of God more than holocausts. (Osee 6:6) The offering of him that sacrificeth of a thing wrongfully gotten, is stained, and the mockeries of the unjust are not acceptable. The Lord is only for them that wait upon him in the way of truth and justice. The most High approveth not the gifts of the wicked: neither hath he respect to the oblations of the unjust, nor will he be pacified for sins by the multitude of their sacrifices. (Eclcus. 34:21-24) 1 Corley and Williams, Wings of Eagles, p. 40, Imprimatur: +Moses E. Kiley, Jan. 11, 1944, Archiepiscopus Milwvkiensis 2 Epistle to Philadelphians, Ch. 3, ff; The Apostolic Fathers, ed. Funk, Bihlmeyer, and Schneemelcher, Tubingen, 1956. 3

Blessed is the man who hath not walked in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stood in the way of sinners, nor sat in the chair of pestilence. (Ps. 1:1) I have not sat with the council of vanity: neither will I go in with the doers of unjust things. I have hated the assembly of the malignant; and with the wicked I will not sit. (Ps. 25:4-5) Now I beseech you, brethren, to mark them who make dissensions and offences contrary to the doctrine which you have learned and avoid them. (Rom. 16:17) But now I have written to you, not to keep company, if any man that is named a brother be a fornicator or covetous or a server of idols or a railer or a drunkard or an extortioner: with such a one, not so much as to eat. (1Cor. 5:11) The following letter was written by a priest to Catholics who refused attend Mass at that churches of the heretical and schismatic French Constitutional Church and receive sacraments from their priest during the French revolution: The Holy Eucharist had for you many joys and advantages when you were able to participate in this Sacrament of love, but now you are deprived of it for being defenders of truth and justice. We sacrifice our own life as much as it is in us to do renewing itself every day, every time that we adore with submission the hand of God that drives us away from His altars It is to be advantageously deprived of the Eucharist, to raise the standard of the Cross for the cause of Christ and the glory of the Church Yes, I have no fear in saying it. When the storm of the malice of men roars against truth and justice, it is more advantageous to the faithful to suffer for Christ than to participate in His Body by Communion. I seem to hear the Saviour saying to us Repair by this humiliating deprivation that glorifies Me, all the Communions which dishonor Me. The Holy Prophet Osee For the children of Israel shall sit many days without king, and without prince, and without sacrifice, and without altar, and without ephod, and without theraphim. (Osee 3:4) Accept God s punishment and do reparation, for it is futile and deadly to fight against it, for you will find yourself fighting against God. The debates explain all contained in this letter in more detail. Of all people I pray and hope most for your whole family, B., E., J., S., J., W., J. and her husband, and all the children God has given you, will repent, convert, and abjure so we can be brothers in the one faith, the Catholic faith, and fight side-by-side. What a small powerful army that would be, all holding the one faith, all praying with only Catholics and none going hither and thither in search of a priest who comes closest to being Catholic. No more having to keep your mouth shut on this dogmatic teaching or that one. No more having to keep your mouth shut by not condemning crimes and criminals for what they are, firmly, without compromise, and with conviction. In the eternal love of Jesus Christ, 4

May the Most Precious Blood of Jesus, through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, grant you and your family all the graces you need to repent and abjure, so as to enter the Catholic Church and have a hope to be saved. Soli Deo Gloria Richard Joseph Michael Ibranyi To Jesus through Mary PS: Yes, I am one of the witnesses mentioned in the Book of Apocalypse, Chapter 11. I mention this in the enclosed Dimond debate. Did you not think God would have someone, at this point in time in the Great Apostasy, to speak up loud and clear for Him?
