NORTHBROOK BOOK CLUB Please join the discussion of the non-fiction book The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot on February 23 at 7:00 p.m. in the Library. If you are in the medical field, you may know about the growth of Henrietta's cancer cells (named HeLa) over decades and used for medical research and discoveries. We would love to hear your perspective! Her cells are still alive today!! New faces and opinions are always welcome. HELP US OPEN WIDE THE DOORS (LITERALLY!) The Building and Grounds Committee needs your help to open the building and make it ready for worship on Sunday mornings. The work is simple yet so vital: opening gates, unlocking doors, turning on lights and clearing walkways so that we can worship together! With a few willing volunteers and the B&G crew, you only need to sign up for a few Sundays a year. It s a great way to serve the church and offer hospitality to all who come to worship. For more information about specifics, please talk to Brian Long or Michael Bauhof and sign up in Fellowship Hall. KNIT WITS will meet on Wednesday, February 25 at 7:00 pm. SENIOR SOUPER SUPPER will meet on Thursday, February 26 at 5:30 pm in the Library.

MULTI-GENERATIONAL MISSION EVENT On Sunday, March 8 following worship, and after a brief time to enjoy your coffee "hour" time of food and fellowship, we will get started on a project for Gleaners in Fellowship Hall. Come join this extended time for fellowship and the opportunity to live the love of Jesus Christ. If you will be able to help out, please see/contact Winnie Davies-Hancock.
