Faithfulness Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations. Deuteronomy 7:9 I will sing of the mercies of the Lord for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations. For I have said, Mercy shall be built up for ever: thy faithfulness shalt thou establish in the very heavens. This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. It is of the Lord s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
