Donaldson Asst. Publisher : Danielle Stroud Photos by : Anthony Curinga Doug Miintz introduces our speaker of the day, Vickie Griffith Technique Professional, a speaker and has been featured radio and TV show guest, not bad for a shy, fat, unhappy teenager to a accomplished speaker. She takes us through her journey to the Vickie she now is and shows us some of the easy to implement tools that stop the habits that unbalance our lives today. Her infectious enthusiasm and deceptively low key approach makes for an informative and pleasant leaning experience. Our appreciation is seen here as Presidnet Ray presents her with our cup of thanks for a very enjoyable and potentially life changing talk. For more information on Vickie go to : vickiegriffith@breakthrough.org 1
