Lorem Ipsum Dolor The Sirian Messenger Summer 2013 Newsletter At home in Atlantis, with the Whales and Dolphins Greetings, I am back again in Horta (the Azores Islands), enjoying a summer of crystalline blue waters, azure skies, and peace. As I sit in the famed Peter s Café, gazing out upon the infinite bounty of these mighty seas of ancient Atlantis, I am inspired by the way the light throws diamonds through the soft waves of the harbor where I watch the sailboats, indolent sun worshippers, weaving back and forth to the whims of the gentle island wind. I know that I have walked here before and that I have lived in celebration of the cetaceans. Sometimes I even wonder if I have myself been a swimmer of the seas, one of a pod of dolphins or whales so strong is the feeling of connection to them. Like Homer to his sirens, I am almost hypnotically drawn to the Dolphin Beings and the Great Whales who migrate through these waters and who grace the waves of Oceania around the world, whose work it is to weave the music of Gaia through the ocean deep, holding the seas in balance, like skilled musicians playing in the orchestra of life s universal rhythms. Out there in the open ocean, I have known the ultimate bliss, swimming with wild dolphins miles away from shore entering their world as a humble spectator, seeker and friend. Every time, I have been rewarded with pure magic. I have often boated out to the mighty whales as well, quietly following their great footprints as they gracefully glaze the ocean foam and then, in a whisper, disappear into the impenetrable depths below. Many of us have begun to tune in to the messages of the animals and their spirit essence, as we have done before in ancient days, when we were so close to the Earth that we could truly hear them speak and we were capable of speaking back in the language of love. The beautiful Common Dolphin is abundant here in the Azores. Just days ago our boat was surrounded by a pod of at least 200 of them! What a breathtaking spectacle to behold. Good news is there are so many new calves, which bodes well for the health of the ocean here and also of course for continued health of the animals. Other species sighted so far: sperm whales, Risso s Dolphins, Atlantic Spotted Dolphins, Bottlenose Dolphins, and the rare sighting of false killer whales which of course are not whales at all. Orcas are DOLPHINS. Hoowah! What a time for celebration.
At home in Atlantis, Continued. Perhaps, as we listen to the mighty animals once again we will recognize the great urgency with which they call out to us, the human beings the top of the food chain. This is the Garden of Eden. Listen and you will hear the roar, the whistle, the chirp and the echo of all life playing the opus of the Maestro s symphony This is the magic of being here, right now. We are children of Gaia, like the animals and the trees, and we are rising. On the Horizon 2014 SINGING THE OCEANS ALIVE A BENEFIT CONCERT Fairfield Halls, Croydon, London England April 25, 2014 Save Earth s Oceans, Inc, is organizing a big concert in London as our first major event, to raise funds for the work ahead. There are a few interesting formations now, after April, May and June where they were almost non- existent, but I don t feel the power or the connection as I have in the past. On the Horizon 2014 (cont.d) MEDITERRANEAN CRUISE (Tentative) MAY 17 24, 2014 I m working on confirming a gorgeous Mediterranean cruise, which will include seminars aboard, for the above dates. This is a perfect opportunity for those of you would want to take part in one of my events with your families, since the seminar time will be limited and your loved ones can enjoy the cruise and all its entertainment. Deb West, Alternate Perceptions magazine Here s a little message from my FB column, INSPIRATION CORNER: ABOUT FEAR I have walked on hot coals in Hawaii; dangled off a cliff in Peru with only a shaman, half my size, holding me from falling to my death; climbed through the dangerous rainforest of Palenque to get to the Lost Temple of the Locandun; and climbed down under the pyramid, to be left in the dark for 20 minutes there. Alone. My greatest fear was facing the deep the fear of sharks in the water. But that is where the dolphins are, so I faced that one head on too, and jumped off a pontoon boat in the middle of the ocean, to be rewarded with an estimated 150 bottlenose dolphins an unheard of size for a pod: greeting me teaching me celebrating life with me. My message is not about how great or courageous I am, but rather how great are the rewards when we face our fears and go after the experience. This is what being alive is all about. And this is what this great earth journey has to offer us. It doesn t have to be Indiana Jones material bigger than life scenarios it s about FACING THE FEAR AND MOVING THROUGH IT. Take the leap. Face whatever or whoever is holding you back and do it ANYWAY. As precarious as our planet is now there is no time to sit back, holding to the safety zone, waiting for life to unfold.
