INSPIRED WORD September 13, 2017 Praise You, Lord Jesus! Holy is Your name, God. Praise You, Jesus. Joy, joy, joy! Holy are You, Lord Jesus. Mighty is Your name, O God. O Lord, we seek Your holy presence tonight. We seek Your holy presence tonight, Lord. We ask for a fresh anointing of Your Holy Spirit here in this place. We are people of Jesus who need a touch of Your grace, a touch of Your strength, a touch of Your healing, a touch of Your love. O Lord, You look at the hearts and the hearts cry out to You here in this place tonight, Lord. Our hearts cry out to You, Lord Jesus, the living God, the mighty God, to You the awesome God, to the all powerful, to You the all-knowing, to You mighty and holy, glorious in majesty. Hearts cry out to You here tonight, Lord. Hear us, Your people. / In Isaiah 6:1-9: In the year that King Ussiak died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up; and the train of his robe filled the temple. Above it stood seraphim, each one had six wings; with two he covered his face, with two he covered his feet and with two he flew. And one cried to another, saying, Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory. And the post of the door was shaken by the voice of him who cried out, and the house was filled with smoke. So I said, Woe is me! For I am undone, because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips, for my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts! Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar. And he touched my mouth with it, saying, Behold, this has touched your lips; your iniquity is taken away and your sin purged. And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then I said, Here am I. Send me. And he said, Go, and tell this people: Keep on hearing but do not understand; keep on seeing but do not perceive. (6:11) Then I said, Lord, how long? And he said, Until the cities lie waste and without inhabitant. Father, we just thank You and exalt Your holy name. For we thank You that You have anointed us to go forth and speak Your word to the people. You have anointed us to go forth and to speak Your word and to pray for the people. You have anointed us to be Your voice in these last days and You have anointed us that we would be truly Your people. We are anointed by You and we just praise You and exalt You and magnify Your holy name. For You alone are worthy, worthy, worthy. Worthy is the Lord Almighty, full of glory and grace! And we just praise You and exalt You and magnify Your holy name. Worthy is the

Lamb, worthy is the Lamb of God Who takes away the sins of the world. We praise You and exalt You and magnify Your holy name. Worthy, worthy, worthy! CONFIRMATION And I confirm that scripture because right before that I asked the Lord to fill this temple with His glory. Yes, fill it with Your glory, Lord. O Holy Spirit, come. O Holy Spirit, come. O Holy Spirit, come. We welcome You here tonight. Fill this place, Lord. Fill it with Your holy presence, Your glory, Lord, here. We ask You, come, come. / EXHORTATION And the prayer that s been in my head for the last few minutes is the prayer that s said during Lent in place of the Alleluia Praise to You, Lord Jesus Christ, King of endless glory. And the phrase endless glory I m just trying to comprehend that and of course I can t. Just think of that endless glory. Thank you. A call to praise the Lord, King of endless glory. Lord, we ask to be freed here tonight, to lift high Your holy name and to praise Your glory here in this place. And from Isaiah 60:1-3: Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has dawned on you. Though darkness covers the earth and thick clouds the peoples, upon you the Lord will dawn. Nations shall walk by your light, kings by the radiance of your dawning. CONFIRMATION I confirm that. I have a very strong feeling that the Lord is here to anoint tonight. I was led to the Prayer of Manasseh in the Apocrypha 1-15: O Lord Almighty, God of our fathers, of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and of their righteous posterity; thou who hast made heaven and earth with all their order; who hast shackled the sea by thy word of command, who hast confined the deep and sealed it with thy terrible and glorious name; at whom all things shudder and tremble before thy power, for thy glorious splendor cannot be borne, and the wrath of thy threat to sinners is irresistible; yet immeasurable and unsearchable is thy promised mercy, for thou art the Lord Most High, of great compassion, long-suffering, and very merciful, and repentest over the evils of men. Thou, O Lord, according to thy great goodness hast promised repentance and forgiveness to those who have sinned against thee; and in the

multitude of thy mercies thou hast appointed repentance for sinners, that they may be saved. Therefore thou, O Lord, God of the righteous, hast not appointed repentance for the righteous, for Abraham and Isaac and Jocab, who did not sin against thee, but thou has appointed repentance for me, who am a sinner. For the sins I have committed are more in number than the sand of the sea; my transgressions are multiplied, O Lord, they are multiplied! I am unworthy to look up and see the height of heaven because of the multitude of my iniquities. I am weighted down with many an iron fetter, so that I am rejected because of my sins, and I have no relief; for I have provoked thy wrath and have done what is evil in thy sight, setting up abominations and multiplying offenses. And now I bend the knee of my heart, beseeching thee for thy kindness. I have sinned, O Lord, I have sinned, and I know my transgressions. I earnestly beseech thee, forgive me, O Lord, forgive me! Do not destroy me with my transgressions! Do not be angry with me for ever or lay up evil for me; do not condemn me to the depths of the earth. For thou, O Lord, art the God of those who repent, and in me thou wilt manifest thy goodness; for, unworthy as I am, thou wilt save me in thy great mercy, and I will praise thee continually all the days of my life. For all the host of heaven sings thy praise, and thine is the glory for ever. Amen. Lord, our country has been covered in storms but You are greater than the storms. You called out to the storms, Water be still; wind be still. Lord, our country is covered by forest fires right now, but You are greater than the fires. And in the midst of those flames, You bring people together, neighbor helping neighbor, fighter fighting fires, that we would know Your presence in community. God, in our world there is pain and sickness, but You are greater than the pain, greater than the sickness. And You walk in the midst of the valley of the shadow of death and we fear no evil for You are at our side, Your rod and Your staff giving us courage. You are God of this city, of this state, of this country, of this world, and of this place right here, right now, in this room. Lord, be Lord of our hearts, God of our lives, and love of all. / IMAGE / PROPHECY There ve been words about anointing tonight, that the Lord wants to anoint, and in Isaiah 61:1-3, it says: The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me. He has sent me to bring good news to the oppressed, to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and release to the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord s favor and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn, to provide for those who mourn in Zion to give them a garland instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a faint spirit. They shall be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord to display his glory. And just before I got this scripture, I saw an image of several they were like pottery, small pottery jars that almost were like pitchers and they were full of oil for anointing. And my whole sense what that the Lord was saying to us, I am anointing this place tonight but not all of you receive the same anointing, because I know you

and I love you and I know what you need. Upon one, I pour the oil of gladness, that you may go forth with joy, spreading My word. Upon another, the oil of healing so that you know that you have been healed by My power and you can bring hope to those in need of healing. To another I am pouring the truth of My word that you may speak My word with conviction and with confidence. For each of you, I have a special anointing and I am pouring it out. Thank You, Lord. PROPHECY And I am pouring out this anointment for a full purpose. For many years I have spoken to you and I have said, Keep your eye on the vision. Keep your eye on the vision. I shall fill this room; I shall fill this church; and I shall fill this city with people whose hearts are turned toward Me. And then I have spoken and I have said to you, To do this, I will use you. And so tonight I say to you once again to keep your eye on the vision. Often I have said to you that I am beginning a new thing again. And tonight I say to you that what you have just begun, you will continue. You will continue to bring this city to Me. I have told you that you are being anointed and it is for this purpose, to fulfill the vision. When I first spoke to you, there were very few. But the numbers have changed and now once again, I say to very few of you, I will use you to fulfill the vision. For the room has been filled and the church has been changed, and now you go out to the city. You go not alone; you walk with Me. You walk with My anointment; you walk with My love; but most important of all, you walk with My truth. SHARING / PROPHECY / SENSE / I was brought here this evening. I was forced to get up here. He said, I am here. Tell My children that I have a garment on with all their prayers and their praise. I am wearing that. The songs about praise and worship, and something about clean hands, clean hearts... He s saying to encourage you all, something 33 I don t know but He s saying, Because of your prayers and your worship, I am able to lift this church up. You have saved and answered prayers for a lot of people. You were able to appease some of the fears here. I was brought in to this church tonight to let you all know how much He loves you all, with this ministry. And to encourage you not to give up. Do not despair, do not be afraid. 1 John 4:18: There is no fear in love but the perfect love drives out fear. That s His message for all of you. Some of you have been in this ministry for so long, too long, but just to add to Brother Mel and the scripture, He s with you, and continually, He s going to send more people. I keep hearing over and over: Raise up an army, O God. Raise up an army, O God. SENSE / I keep hearing: Sing a new song unto the Lord. And I also keep on hearing in Isaiah 54:10, I think it is, that His mercy will not depart from us. He s with us always.

Psalm 33:1-5: Rejoice, you righteous in the Lord! Praise from the upright is fitting. Give thanks to the Lord on the harp, on the ten string lyre offer praise. Sing to him a new song, skillfully play with joyful chant, for the Lord s word is upright. All his works are trustworthy. He loves justice and right. The earth is full of the mercy of the Lord. Psalm 33:13-15: The Lord looks down from heaven and He sees all humankind. From where He sits enthroned, He watches all the inhabitants of the earth. He who fashions the heart of them all and observes all their deeds. The phrase clean hearts and clean hands I believe was mentioned. And in Psalm 24:3-4, it says: Who can rightly ascend the hill of the Lord and who can enter his house? The pure in heart and hand, the pure in heart and hand. EXHORTATION / When the Lord speaks as powerfully as He did tonight, it seems like we should just stay and keep listening. He s told us a lot in a short period of time. He s given us a word that we have to let sink down into our hearts, that sometimes, I speak for me, I take too lightly. And He said that the sovereign Lord has filled me with His Spirit. He has chosen me and sent me to bring good news. He said that to each one of us tonight. He s chosen us, and He sent us to bring the good news. He told us 30 years ago about the vision for this prayer group, and He reminded us again tonight, and He said, I will use you. I have chosen you. I have filled you with My Spirit. I bless you and I send you forth to bring the good news. Do we know anybody who needs to hear the good news? I believe we can all say yes. Do we know somebody who needs to feel the oil of gladness upon them? I think so. Do you know anybody who needs to experience the joy that the Lord wants to give them? I think so. And then the question becomes, if not me, then who? Because the Lord made it very clear tonight: I have chosen each and every one of you. And not only has He said that, He said, I have filled you with My Spirit to bring the good news. So Lord, we thank You for that word. We thank You for that message. We thank You for being present here with us tonight. We thank You, Lord, for speaking to us individually. We thank You, Lord, for placing Your hand on our shoulder. We thank You, Lord, for filling us with Your courage and Your trust and Your faith. We thank You, Lord, for the extra nudge that You gave us, to remind us of the vision that You planted in this community many years ago. So we say, Lord, yes, yes, Lord. Yes Lord. You have filled us with Your Spirit, Lord, You have chosen us, and Lord, we say yes. Lead us to where You want us to be. Lead us to those people who need to feel Your joy, Your gladness, to experience Your healing, to feel Your touch, to feel Your mercy and Your forgiveness and Your compassion. And we thank You for that privilege, Lord. In Your holy name we pray. Amen.
