Dream Analysis Report 10 Hi everybody, This week's PRACTICAL DREAM ANALYSIS report is about a woman who had a dream about her giving away a bride to Jesus Christ during a marriage ceremony. There was however a few contradictory symbols which did not fit such a ceremony. Remember the analysis reports are part of our Dreams and Visions Interpretation Course program. These reports will be of tremendous value as it will slowly but surely train you and prepare you to master the gift of the interpretation of dreams and visions. You will eventually interpret dreams and visions correctly and according to Biblical principles. Of course it will get easier and quicker as you get more familiar with the different principles that govern dream and vision interpretation. Although it is a gift, it is a gift that God gave all his children. Although it is a gift, it does take time and practice. Apart from getting more and more familiar with all the different symbols, the principles and the different fundamental principles that govern dream analysis, it also cultivates a closer and more intimate relationship with Christ our Lord. So, read all the reports as faithful as you can and stand up and be counted!

Dream: It is difficult to say whether it was night or day time in my dream, because even though I could see the sky, there was both stars and sunshine. We were in a rather old building that reminded me of an apartment block. The building was round, and even though I could not see any doors, in my mind I knew there was. The inside of the building was hollow with stairwells going in a circle all the way to the top. There was a lot of people gathered on the top floor, there was no roof. I did not know anyone there, but everyone was dressed in robes. I was standing behind Jesus, he was dressed and looked a lot like the pictures we see in children's bibles. Although I could see his face at the same time it was very blurry. By my side was a woman dressed in a black wedding dress, long black hair, draped in dark colored flowers. She had a black veil over her face. She was holding my arm, and I walked her up to Jesus. He took her to his side and I stood behind them as they got married. I woke up half way through the ceremony. Dream Analysis: (As reported back to the person who had this dream) I am briefly referring to different symbols in this analysis. It is important for you to check them out in the dictionary as well so that you have a better understanding of these symbols. It is also important to remember that certain circumstances leading up to a dream or certain questions asked before a dream or a person pondering on something specific before a dream really helps a lot in terms of interpreting the dream. In most cases such information ensures that the interpretation is totally accurate. Because we do not have this kind of information with this old dream (the lady had this dream many years ago), the analysis will be applied in a general sense but it will probably still be valuable to you. It is difficult to say whether it was night or day time in my dream, because even though I could see the sky, there was both stars and sunshine: This part of the dream the symbols are good and bad at the same time (Godly - "day", "sun", "light") (Evil - "dark", "night") These symbols represent good and bad influences in a person's life or pertaining to a certain situation or in terms of a specific church or

congregation. We were in a rather old building that reminded me of an apartment block. The building was round, and even though I could not see any doors, in my mind I knew there was: Buildings symbolizes a church, a congregation, the institutional church or the spiritual condition of a person or a congregation or the church in general. So this dream is either about a specific person or about the church or a specific congregation. As I said, because we do not know the circumstances just before you had the dream we are obliged to interpret this dream in a general sense. The building was old which speaks of spiritually not being well maintained. It symbolizes a person or a church or a congregation who is not well developed in a spiritual sense. It speaks of ignorance and disobedience. Doors speaks of access which means people have free access to whatever the building represents. Round (circle) symbolizes the wisdom of God. It also symbolize unity in Christ. The inside of the building was hollow with stairwells going in a circle all the way to the top: Unity and wisdom and obedience (Circle or round stairway spiraling upwards) take you up to God. The stairs speaks of human effort needed to obtain spiritual promotion. Stairs have the same meaning as an elevator or a lift. An elevator or a lift speaks of effortless promotion. Depending on if elevator goes up or down. It speaks of promotion (up) or demotion (down) without human effort. With stairs however human effort is required. This speak of some spiritual activities needed to obtain spiritual promotion or growth or development. Stairs speak of promotion or demotion in a spiritual ministry or in a work situation or in general. Individuals as well as churches need to comply with God's ways and his will. Although we obtain it trough grace there is always the part that we need to play in order to receive salvation and the blessings of God. Grace and works are both essential in order to obtain salvation. This is symbolized by the stairs and by the stairs forming a circle going up. The following two Scriptures explains the necessity of both grace and good works: Ephesians 2:8-10 For by grace you are saved through faith, and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so

that no one may boast. For we are his creative work, having been created in Christ Jesus for good works that God prepared beforehand so we can do them. James 2:24 however, brings balance: Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. In your dream this (the first part of your dream) means that there should be a healthy balance of grace and good works in our lives when we serve God or follow Christ. The negative symbols in the first part however suggest that the people with you are actually relying on their own efforts, works, and not in grace in order to achieve salvation. There was a lot of people gathered on the top floor, there was no roof: In a negative sense no roof speaks of no spiritual covering as in being spiritually exposed to the negative spiritual elements from evil (storms and natural disasters). I did not know anyone there, but everyone was dressed in robes. I was standing behind Jesus, he was dressed and looked a lot like the pictures we see in children's bibles: You did not mention the colors of the the people's robes because that is usually very significant (spiritually prepared for something)(see "Clothes"). If it was white it speaks of being spiritually prepared to be holy, righteous and victorious and pure or giving the appearance of this. Darker colors speaks of the opposite. Obviously Jesus was dressed in purity, holiness, victory and righteousness (children's Bibles). Although I could see his face at the same time it was very blurry. By my side was a woman dressed in a black wedding dress, long black hair, draped in dark colored flowers. She had a black veil over her face. She was holding my arm, and I walked her up to Jesus, he took her to his side and I stood behind them as they got married. I woke up half way through the ceremony: This part of the dream is very interesting. Jesus is getting married to

an impure bride (black dress), evil bride with impure attitude and thoughts (black hair), not praising and honoring him or honoring him in a negative way (dark flowers), hiding her personality or true identity (veil over face). Jesus' blurry face speaks of Him hiding his personality. He does not reveal himself in fullness. You were giving this woman away to him speaks of you willing to or approving such a marriage. Marriage in dreams speaks of entering into a covenant or an agreement or a relationship. The reality is however that Jesus Christ will not and cannot marry an impure bride. Waking up in the middle of the ceremony speaks of you not being able to see them really getting married after all. Interpretation: If this is about you, God gave you this dream so that you can understand what is going on in your life. It could be that you are being deceived in thinking that you can please God in your own power or in your own strength. That is however not possible. If this is about a congregation it speaks of a certain group of people with this attitude. We absolutely need to pursue holiness in our lives. We are a chosen generation and we need to be obedient in our faith walk in Christ. We cannot do what we want. Although the grace of God is a gift from God we cannot misuse his grace. On the other hand we cannot rely on our own good works to obtain salvation. Conclusion: I need to make it clear that all we can do is we can help people understand their dreams and visions. We can help them with the basics. We help them with most of the interpretation but even after we have done that they still need to seek God's face about the dream or the vision. They need to deal with issues and they need to sort out their responsibilities, actions and reactions in terms of the relevant dream or vision.
