A Session with Suzanne Giesemann and Sanaya Homosassa, Florida, February 16, 2013 (Note that This one refers to Suzanne. All notes in parentheses are Suzanne s, made after the session) Sanaya: Good afternoon. This one is quite familiar with us opening a session with the greeting of Good evening. An afternoon session is a bit unusual, and we are most grateful to all of you for gathering here in the midst of a weekend day when you could be off doing something a bit more entertaining. We do know that this will be a sort of entertainment to you, but as you have just learned in quite this long preamble (the slide briefing that Suzanne gave beforehand about trance mediumship), it is not entertainment at all. Perhaps you can begin to feel our presence now. They have turned on the cool air (the air conditioning kicked in), but you can feel it (our presence) and will feel it building as we step more and more into all of your energy fields. And yes, healing will take place, for you have asked for this. Are you aware how very important it is that you ask for help, that you help for guidance? So often you wander about wondering, What should I do? You ask in your prayers, Oh, help me! but how specific are you? Do you not realize that each of you has your very own Sanaya one who is eminent, distinguished, and very Godlike (the meaning of Sanaya in Sanskrit). You are that now, my friends quite eminent, quite distinguished, and very much of the Gods, but as you walk about in human form, you fail to realize this. It is when you rise above your humanity that you begin to feel your godliness. When you sit in that power that is you and awaken to the true Self, then you can have the awakening that so many of you seek that seems so elusive to you, but is as close as your breath. This Sanaya who speaks to you now is but a name that we have given to this consciousness that speaks through this one, because you as humans need your names. You need your labels. Names are unnecessary when you realize that all is vibration, all is the Life Force. It flows through you or you would not even breathe. When you can tap into the higher vibrations of this Force, there you connect with intelligence, other minds, your guides, your helpers, your angels. You wish to give them names. So many will sit with a psychic and ask, Can you see my guide? What is its name? I wish to know this. And we tell you to ask this question yourself, for only you can discern the presence of your guides most clearly and give it a name that is appropriate to you. 1
We will provide you one if you ask quite clearly, as we did to this one when she did ask, What shall I call you? But as we have explained many times in the past, we do not need names. Your guides and helpers have no real names. We recognize you as we recognize each other: by the light! by the frequency, by the vibration that is generated through the level of consciousness attained. All of you here are constantly growing, and this growth continues on the other side. Yet, you come into this life, you are given a label which you call a name and this name stays with you throughout this incarnation, does it not, even though the soul the true self has changed quite a bit. Some of you have experienced much spiritual growth and can look back at you in younger days and say, I am a completely different person. You would recognize this, would you not, these words? And yet, you carry the same name. It is but a label. Do not let that hold you back. You are here to grow, to evolve the spirit, to develop your divinity. This is the whole purpose of your incarnation. If it were not to develop the soul, why be here at all? It is for the experience, so that when you pass from this life you bring with you what you have learned: a higher vibration to add to the whole. Once without a physical body, once on the other side of physical reality, in this dimension which this one taps into now, you no longer need a name. You are recognizable by your vibration, your energetic signature. All of you radiate this now, and once the physical body no longer surrounds the energetic body, it is very clear to all of those no longer in a physical body. There is no need to call you by name. We recognize the vibration. Those of us (that) you would know as spirit guides and angels are the same: There is no necessity of a name at all. We recognize the light. This one knows us by the feeling. Just as a medium interprets the feeling of the energy that is present (when connecting with loved ones on the other side), this one recognizes our signature. You wish to know the name of your guides? Ask them. They will give you a name, for they understand the human need to apply labels, but know that once you get to know your helpers, you will feel them when they blend with you. Getting back to the subject of asking for guidance, asking questions, please believe us when we tell you, you are never alone. Ever. You would have no fear, you would feel no loneliness, you would have no despair, if you could know this in your heart, how very much you are accompanied by the presence of loving helpers as if they hold your hands at all times. Yes, you can pray to God, but know that God is the entirety of all of this loving Presence not one being, but Love, Itself. Your helpers, guides, your angels, however, are units of that Energy, with their own particular frequency, so ask them for help specifically. 2
Oh, my helper, my angel, my guide If you have a name, use it, by all means. This helps to focus your intention. And then, ask your questions very specifically: What do I do about this issue? How can I resolve this problem? Instead of wandering about wondering, crying, not having answers, sit in the silence. Shift your consciousness beyond the bounds of the physical body, blending with that greater Consciousness of which you are a part, ask deliberately for your helpers to step near so that you feel them. And then, have a conversation. Ask your questions. If you are not yet sufficiently attuned to the point where you hear the guidance, simply trust. Know that your questions have been heard and will be answered in short order. This is how it works. It begins with you, but you must ask. We are like the loving parent that steps back and with a bit of pain watches the young child stumble as it learns to walk, but knowing that it will not learn to walk unless it falls a time or two. But if that child holds up its arms and asks, Help me! and cries for help, then the parent will jump in. It is the same with us. We want you to learn. And yes, we know that you learn from your mistakes. We will jump in before things get a bit too hairy, but know that you must ask. In asking, you do show your trust that we are here. You do show us that you realize you are not alone. You have no idea how heartening this is to us. We feel the connection that you set up by asking us deliberately. Aha! She finally understands that we are here and have been waiting! He has finally asked us, and now we will answer. Not always verbally, not always immediately, but trust us: The answers will come. If you do not receive an answer within what you would know in the world of time as seven days, there is most likely a wall set up energetically within the self a great blockage. This is a sign to you that you have yet more work to do to break down the wall. We are still waiting, but you must break down the wall by allowing yourself to feel the hurts, to feel the pain, to feel the dissonance and the disharmony that have erected that wall. It is not always pleasant being human, is it? But no one said it would be easy. This life you are living here, at times we call it Hell. You would understand this. There is great purpose in this. Through the darkness you recognize the light. From the darkness you wish to escape, and so you seek the light. We wish it were not so painful. It need not be. The more you realize who you are: a spirit being here for just a while in physical form you recognize that this hellish existence is but temporary. All of it will pass. The only certainty, the only thing which does not change, is that you are spirit an aspect of the Great Spirit who animates you. You are the presence of that Spirit for a while animating a physical body. Always remember this when you go through trials, when you go through the challenges of physical life. And then, step beyond the body and observe the poor child going 3
through those challenges. Send love to the self, reminding the self, This is but temporary. I, as spirit, am eternal and am eternally loved. Can you feel that love now? If not, open the heart. Break down the self-imposed barriers, my friend, for that love lies within you. If you do not feel it, there is a blockage, for it comes not from outside the self. It IS the self. You are that love. You ignite the flame and turn it even brighter. It burns like a pilot light that cannot go out, but it is your recognition of the self the eternal self which burns forever which allows that light to burn ever brighter. If you cannot feel that warmth within the self, begin there. Sit in the silence and ASK to feel it. Ask to be healed by it. Prayers are answered. Recognize that death is not a tragedy. For the one who passed to the other side, it is merely yet another awakening. It is seen as a tragedy by those left behind, but the spirit is eternal. You cannot die. This one is reminded of a friend who is in the throes of a great challenge: cancer of the body. Her situation could as you would understand it go either way. Yet, the friend feels no fear, for the friend understands who and what she is, and she has stated, I choose to LIVE, whether here in human form or in the next existence. Can you feel the peace this brings? This is the reality of life. And yet, when your prayers are not answered and one you love with the heart and soul passes to the next dimension, or you yourself succumb to an illness, you feel that your prayers were not answered, always remember: Events occur for the greater good. You are not alone. All is one. A death may appear to be a tragedy, when in fact it brings greater love for the love generated for those souls left behind. Have you not seen this? We wish you to look upon all of the life challenges you face as opportunities for growth and understand why the human prayers may not always be answered always as the human wishes them to be answered. (Things happen) Always for the greater good. When you can pray, Not my will, but the greater will be done, trust us: your prayers will be answered. There is naught but Love. Love is all that is. This is the great animating Force of the universe. It is what flows through you now and will flow through you forever. The more you can express your true nature as the presence of Love, the more your life will flow and you will experience harmony. We dare say we could continue for hours on this topic, but we do know that there are some of you present here this afternoon with questions. And from our level of awareness we look forward to answering them. So please ask the first question. 4
Q: How is the ascension vibration transition that is going on now affecting people in this room? Sanaya: Can you not feel the higher vibration in this room? There are those present who understand this process of ascension. But realize, it does not mean that all of you are going to vaporize instantly and disappear from this earth (laughter from group). Have no fear, there is great purpose in being aware of who you are whilst still here in human form. Those in this group are highly sensitive to the higher vibrations. You, as you have seen in the presentation previously, are the wave makers. (A slide was shown with stick figures inside ripples of water going out from each one) The energy is being raised by the light workers present here and throughout your world. So many still slumber. You will not see changes overnight, but the consciousness is most definitely rising at a more rapid speed than in eons past, in decades past. Just as your technology is developing exponentially, quickly, so the consciousness is rising. Gatherings such as this will increase in frequency. You may not see the changes in human consciousness that you wish to see within this current lifetime, but know that by being part of the process, and being part of raising the collective consciousness, you are doing God s work. We hope that this has answered your question. Is there another? Q: Will you help Congress start behaving like the intelligent beings they are, so Sanaya: (interrupts) This is a question that comes from the ego. If you could see from the higher level, you (as spirit) would see that there are many lessons to be learned from the squabbling which takes place from those who are supposed to be the leaders. These are not spiritual beings, but very much focused on (human) power, or every decision would be made in complete harmony, would it not? And your leaders are elected by those also at a lower level. We wish to invite you to the teachings of one you would understand as Mr. David Hawkins. This gentleman has quantified human consciousness with numbers, and it is a sad state of affairs that many of your leaders are at a level of consciousness that is quite below that of your spiritual leaders. And there is nothing that we at our level can do, for you exist in a free will environment. You are here to learn, to grow, to evolve. And this happens in steps. Understand us. And until more of the mass consciousness, can raise their vibrations, their personal number, as it were (on Hawkins scale), above the level of power and force spoken of by this David Hawkins, you will continue to have your squabbling. You will continue to have decisions made that are not in the interest of the whole. 5
We would advise you at this time to merely send love to all of your leaders to step out of the drama when you wish to take sides and realize that taking sides does not contribute to the oneness. Those of you very steeped in human consciousness would think this is naïve to simply send love to those who squabble. We wish to tell you to think of the power of love. Had you had any idea how very important it is to remain bipartisan and merely open the heart, to ask that all be shown the light and guided to act for the greater good, then you would know that you are performing a far greater service than 435 of your elected leaders who can never see as one. Is there another question? Q: is it possible to be trying too hard to break down those self-imposed walls as we were trying to communicate, and how do we get around them? Sanaya: The answer to your question is yes. It is possible to try too hard. You will know that you are trying too hard when frustration wells up within you. When you can see the perfection in every moment, be relaxed, grateful, and in awe of yourself and of where you are in this exact moment, then you will know that you have found just the right place for where you are. It is this desire to constantly raise the (vibration of the) soul that keeps you moving onward. But simply we ask you to trust. Ask to be guided directly down your path, and know that since you have asked, this too shall pass. It is the frustration you experience that things are not changing fast enough, that you have not received the guidance you are asking for, that wells up and is felt. When you feel true peace, when you can surrender the need to constantly be moving onward and know that the seed will only open and grow at the pace that is perfect for it, then you will find peace. Does this answer your question? Questioner: Thank you. Sanaya: You are quite welcome. We will entertain another. Q: When we transfer to the other side I ask my mother all the time, What do you do all day? Sanaya: This, my friend, depends upon the level to which you have ascended whilst out of the physical body. There is a level (you find yourself in when you die) at which you create a reality very much like this one. If the mother enjoyed baking pies, rest assured, she is making every variety in her new existence. If the gentleman enjoyed playing golf, he is on the best golf course possible, for consciousness creates reality. Heaven is what you make of it. 6
Those who have a near death experience who expect heaven to be blissful will experience that. You do not so often hear of those who have a near death experience and experience naught but darkness, but this does happen to those who do not believe in an afterlife. When you actually do transition to the other side, if you expect heaven to be a bit like this one, then it will be for a while, dependent upon the level of vibration you have created for yourself here. You create dwellings; you are surrounded by your loved ones. You even go through the process of eating, if food was quite important to you here, but you do not actually need or digest the food. You clothe yourself in a manner which you desire. It is a world very much like your dream state. Do you not have dwellings there? Do you not interact with those around you? Very much the same, my friends. You create your own dream world, but with your own thoughts. If you wish to travel to Egypt, to a foreign land, in an instant you are there. And if it is not a pleasant experience, you move on immediately to another. Does it sound quite pleasant? Trust us, if your life here was pleasant, your life in the afterlife will be all the more pleasant. However, my friends, if you are an old soul, if you have been around for quite a few incarnations, there is no need to go golfing and bake cherry pies on the other side. You would pass directly through this experience to blend again with the greater soul, to be surrounded merely by beings of light, who you would recognize as we have explained earlier, and to merely continue helping those at a lower level to rise, to ascend. We hope this has answered that question. Questioner: Thank you so much. Sanaya: Rest assured, if your life here has been one of love, dedicated to service to your fellow human beings, to your fellow soul mates, you will have quite a pleasant experience on the other side. It is guaranteed by your thoughts and actions here. This is quite an important lesson. You create the reality that surrounds you always through your choices. This does not change when you transition from the physical body. If you were one who perpetuates evil in this human lifetime, rest assured it will come back around in the afterlife. You would be surrounded by love, yet not be able to experience it for yourself as you experience the full force of the effect of your acts upon others. So, you can see that if you spread love whilst here in human form, that, my friends, will come back to you in full force when you get to the next chapter of your existence. Quite pleasant it will be to be surrounded always by kindred spirits. And as you grow, rising. 7
Do you not surround yourselves now with those in resonance with your energy by choice? It is the same on the other side, only better, for no aliens (those of a different vibration) can sneak in and bother you. They remain a bit stratified. Like attracts like energetically more than ever beyond the physical world. How high do you wish to ascend when you pass from this body? Through your choices here and now you choose the level to which you ascend. Can you be more loving? Always. Always. So do it now, my friends, and guarantee yourselves an even more pleasant experience on the other side. Consciousness creates your reality, with your intentions, with your thoughts. You will all continue to rise and rise ever higher, for that is the purpose of life. We remind you to relax, to cease trying so hard, for life is eternal. It is about eternal growth. You may stall for a bit. You may slip a bit backwards, but it is ever onward, ever upward an eternal journey with no end. If this thought exhausts you, stop and rest a bit, nestled in the cocoon of love which surrounds you, and then, when you are ready to experience a bit more, continue with your growth. But it is ever onward and ever upward. So, enjoy the journey. Yes, the destination is further growth learning to be more loving but the destination is always in front of you. God is infinite. You are infinite spirit. There is no final destination, only the experience as spirit as eternal love. We do hope this gives you a sense of hope a view of the future which never gets here, my children, for it is only ever-present. You are the presence of Ever-Present Love. May you carry that presence with you. May you bring heaven to earth. We know that your earth is in great need of it. By your very presence as you leave this room and go about your day-to-day activities, may you bring heaven to earth as the presence of Love.
