Where did the year go? Last I remember we were planning our first show in Palmyra at the Texas Roadhouse and next you know it was the Annual Chapter Christmas Party.! Tempus Fugit Time Flies. We are excited for 2014 as we have a full schedule of shows and our membership grows after each event. The chapter is excited to again have many events this coming season and we hope that this will be an even better year to tell everyone who we are and what we do.! Denise and I hope everyone had a great holiday season with friends and family. Ken has the full schedule of events listed in the newsletter and we have everything set for this year ahead of schedule.! Everyone try to make the March meeting as we discuss our upcoming 30th Anniversary and need to make some decisions on merchandise for the club. Your input makes the difference. Denise and I are proud to announce a new addition to our family a beautiful one owner Florida Car... a 1986 Oldsmobile 98 Regency Brougham fresh from Tallahassee. Thanks to John Rogers for the delivery.! We will be back at Palmyra in May, Carlisle for the GM Nationals in June, The Chapter Picnic in July, in August, a second Oldsmobile, Buick and Pontiac show at the AACA Museum. And of course our famous All Oldsmobile Show at the Texas Roadhouse in Hanover.! I am off to some trade shows to get contacts for our goodie bags and if anyone wants to pursue a company for gifts for our shows just let me know. The more fun stuff the better for our guest goodie bags.! We will have the Chinese Auctions again this year to help our Scholarship fund and thanks to all who donated to the cause last year.!
