Page 1 Planting God s Word & Reaping The Harvest - Lesson 1 We plant by faith, trusting and believing, by hearing God's Word, and allowing it to take root in good ground by having ears to hear. We water and fertilize that seed of the word by confessing the Scriptures we are believing and trusting on, and we reap the harvest also with the confession of our mouth... confessing those same scriptures we are trusting in and believing on! If any man have ears to hear, let him hear. And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given. For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath. And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground; And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how. For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear. But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come. Mark 4:23-29 KJV I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. 1 Corinthians 3:6 KJV So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. 1 Cor. 3:7 KJV
Page 2 Wherefore it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep, and do them, that the Lord thy God shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which he sware unto thy fathers: And he will love thee, and bless thee, and multiply thee: he will also bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy land, thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep, in the land which he sware unto thy fathers to give thee. Thou shalt be blessed above all people: there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle. And the Lord will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee.
