Help us to hear Your Word and to obey. Amen. Jeremiah warned people that they had broken their covenant with God they did not keep their promises to Him. Yet what did he say about a new covenant? Read Jeremiah 31:31-34. Jeremiah prophesied that someone would restore righteousness and rule forever. Can you guess who that is? Read Jeremiah 33:15-17. What price did Jesus have to pay to bring us God s new covenant? Read Luke 22:20. Why was Jesus willing to die on the cross for our sins, even though he was perfectly innocent? Read Hebrews 9:12-15.
