He will confirm a covenant with many for one seven. In the middle of the seven he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.! Daniel 9:27
Provisions of the Israeli-Palestinian Peace Agreement (1) A Palestinian state will be created in Judea, commonly referred to as the West Bank. (2) Jews presently living in the area of the new Palestinian state will be permitted to stay, living as a Jewish minority there under the Palestinian government. (3) The Temple Mount will be placed under a sharing arrangement between Jews and Muslims. Israel will be allowed to build its third Temple, without disturbing the Dome of the Rock, or the Al-Aqsa Mosque. The International Community will supervise this sharing arrangement. (4) Negotiations concerning the status of Jerusalem will reach an impasse. Therefore, a final agreement on this issue will be postponed for seven years, with the understanding that it will be dealt with at that time. In the interim, Israel will retain control over all of Jerusalem.!
(5) The Jewish temple will be completed during the first three and one-half years of the seven-year agreement. (6) A very charismatic world politician will have gained recognition as the leader of the International Community. Since he will have participated in the peace agreement that allowed for the building of Israel s third Temple, speculation will be circulating that perhaps he could be the Messiah. (7) When the temple is completed, Jews will begin to offer animal sacrifices just as they did before the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 AD. (8) This world leader, who the Bible calls the Antichrist, will order the sacrifices stopped. He will explain they are not needed any more since he is, in fact, the Messiah. He will make this declaration from the Temple Mount. This event is called the Abomination of Desolation. (9) The Antichrist will then begin to persecute all on earth who will not pledge allegiance to his emerging world government system. This time, called the Great Tribulation, will continue for the next three and one-half years.!!!!!
So when you see standing in the holy place the abomination that causes desolation, spoken of through the prophet Daniel let the reader understand 16 then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 17 Let no one on the housetop go down to take anything out of the house. 18 Let no one in the field go back to get their cloak 21 For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. Matthew 24:15-18,21!!!!
