Global Ministries Fellowship Africa Report Hennie & Rina Venter, South Africa February 2012 hennieventer@worldmission.co.za www.worldmission.co.za +27795224139 Box 333 Fauna Park, Polokwane 0787 SouthAfrica School of Tyrannus, Monkey Bay Malawi, 20 25 January 2012 It was a week of powerful impartation of the Word of God to Pastor Francis Nkhoma and his leaders, Monkey Bay Baptist Church, teaching on God s pattern on raising up strong, governmental churches that will impact regions of the entire Malawi reaching across to Mozambique. The leaders were greatly encouraged and stirred up in their faith, re committed themselves to new strategies paving the way for the establishing of a strong churches to influence their communities and villages. The purpose is clear and we will see the leaders in local Churches in Malawi to rise up like never before to fulfill God s plan and purposes for the nations. How privileged are we to be part of the great work God is doing in these last days. How blessed are our eyes to see and our ears to hear! It calls leaders and churches to think beyond the local work and begin to impact larger areas and regions with the power of God. We are on the verge of the greatest harvest of souls in the history of the Church. Thank you for your prayers and financial support that made this training sessions a reality. We were able to saw first hand and got new insights in the work God is doing in Malawi. The Training School of Tyrannus in Monkey Bay is already having a great impact in the nation, establishing the Kingdom of God in Malawi and across the borders. Pastor Francis also preach and teach the Word of God weekly on the Community Radio station reaching a radius of 300km. We thank the Lord for pastor Francis and Mary, their vision and labor over twenty years for Kingdom purposes. Our hearts are connected with them, and through God s grace we will do everything to see leaders trained for the purposes of God from this facility. Please pray for the following that will take place during 2012: Plans are coming together to do discipleship / leadership training last week in July and first week August,2012. Pastors leaders will come from the South (New Jerusalem Church, Ngabu) and joined with churches in Central region (Monkey Bay) and Mozambique region for the training. We would like to gather resources for immediate needs to assist with the work of pastor Francis and Fredrick like: providing solar panel for generating electricity for the charging of communication equipment (cell phones, laptops, lights etc); to help them to upgrade necessary communication equipment like cell phones, computers etc.; computer virus programs for their laptops are needed. Pastor Francis and pastor Fredrick will present the Stephen Olford School of Preaching in Monkey Bay and Ngabu, February 2012.. Let us know how you can assist with these needs of the work in Malawi. This will be greatly appreciated for the advancement of God s Kingdom in these regions. We believe God will provide the needed resources to finish the building of the training school facility. We are looking to, at present building cost, to at least $20,000 to finish the construction part. 14 leaders are already in training, meeting in the neighboring local church building (Victory Baptist Church) in need for training. They have done a great part of the construction already with own resources and trust God for resources to finish the rest of the building. Bricks, cement, roof rafters, roof sheets, window and door frames, doors are needed to finish the project. Please keep the work in Malawi in your prayers. Malawi 2012 ministry continues pray... Raising resources for the establishing of a training & resource base in Southern Malawi (New Jerusalem Christian Church, Ngabu with pastors Fredrick, Foster, Petro and Peter) They are taking up the responsibility to finish the assignment God has given them for their villages and nation. They shared with us the training and outreaches they ve done over the past months and also to establish a training base in Ngabu and to do discipleship training in branches locally and into Mozambique. They ve clear the land and are now busy gathering materials to start with the construction of a temporary worship shelter, that will be also used for the training of leaders. It is encouraging to see how they implemented the teachings they received at El Shaddai (SOSchool of Preaching and Bright Star) during 2011. God is using these leaders greatly for His glory. It is time for the church in Africa to arise in strength, fulfilling the Word of God. Help towards the construction of this training& resource facility in Ngabu, Southern Malawi will be appreciated. Hands of Hope Sewing ministry provided funds for a sewing machine and materials to be used by Mary Nkhoma in Monkey Bay to help them to generate income for needs in their ministry. She is also involved weaving mats for an income. Hands of Hope sewing funds were also given to Margaret Chimbe and the sewing group Ngabu village, to help with purchase of sewing materials to help them to generate funds. Sewing training and sewing celebration meeting will be held on 14 April at El Shaddai (Destiny Inn), Polokwane, South Africa Bright Star Program Leadership Training: El Shaddai: 14 January 2012 It was a time proofing the implementation of what they have learnt to become excellent in self, relationships and leadership. Bright Star Program is module training under Compass Academy of Learning. Elaine JansevRensburg is the facilitator and principal of the college. God is equipping a new generation that can represent Him accurate to influence their families and communities. The next Bright Star Program training will be 26 28 March 2012. Pastors, pastor wives, pre school teachers and primary school teachers finished the Bright Star training program in Leadership. They are taking up the challenge to become the change they want to see in their communities and villages.
Accommodation Training Equipping GUEST ROOMS: 3 rooms will be completed soon. Foundations of the next 3 have been done and construction of walls will start soon. SEWER PLANT & LINES: Hennie worked every hour in between the rest of the work to finish the plumbing, sewer connections of the six guest rooms. The water connections have been done and all the plans are in the process to be approved by the municipality and city council s building inspector. FIRE PREVENTION PLAN: The following step is to meet all the requirements regarding fire prevention. We are still waiting for an approved plan from the fire department. Generator to supply power in case of electric failure and installation of water tanks need to be installed. SOLAR HEATING: Solar heating system to provide hot water for the guest rooms will be installed soon. EL SHADDAI alias DESTINY INN A TENTMAKING MINISTRY Most of what we were able to achieve the last 34 years for the Kingdom of God was due to partnerships. We thank the Lord for Churches, Short term mission teams, Missions Organizations and Individuals who supported the planting of over 200 new churches, the construction of over 100 church buildings in Southern Africa and the training of pastors and leaders. God s grace has brought us so far, and prepared us for this special assignment to develop El Shaddai / Destiny Inn Accommodation, Training and Equipping Facility. We believe that this can be an effective tool in the hand of the Master to disciple nations. Some of the accommodation will be marketed to be utilized as overnight facility. We had several guests who made use of the facility over the past year. We foresee that profits from this tent making venture will enable us to fund future mission exploits. Now, is Africa s time for every Word of God to come into fulfillment, and to contribute greatly to reaching the World with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. El Shaddai changed to: Destiny Inn Destiny is not only set in our hearts and our desire is to finish the assignment He has given us. We are pressing on, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, we press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Phil 3:12 14 Hennie worked every minute of time available, to finish the work on the new guest rooms of the development. Our goal is to have the first three rooms operational by April and to start with construction of the walls and roof of the next three rooms. EQUIP, FACILITATE, MOBILISE WORKERS At this training facility to reach every Nation, Influence every domain, Impact every structure of society It is possible! It can be done! ZIMBABWE Leadership training 22 26 February 2012 We travelled safely by road from Polokwane to Harare, Zimbabwe and back, where we had fruitful training sessions with pastors and leaders from different areas in Zimbabwe over 4 days. Pastor Victor & Violet Chembela, Chipiti BC (Harare), and Pastor John Chinyowa (Marondera) hosted the training. It was a time of encouragement and empowerment through the Power of His Word. Zimbabwe is turning and open for the Gospel and God is working His work, building His Church in power. We will be returning in September for follow up training for pastors and leaders in the Bindura area. It is a privilege to be part of pastor Victor and Violet s vision, to develop a training & resource base in Chipiti, Harare. He is in the process to secure the land to see this vision fulfilled. Please keep him and the work in Zimbabwe in your prayers. Your prayer and financial gifts towards the purchasing of the land, to see the establishment of this training, equipping & resource facility in Harare, Zimbabwe will be appreciated. Mabvuku Life Centre Pastor Victor and Violet are ministering in different communities to the orphans. Mabvuku Life Center is where over ninety orphan and vulnerable children are receiving one meal a day. They also provide spiritual and mental support for these children. We were privileged to visit the children and to encourage them from the Word of God.

APRIL: Manufacturing of steel frame for church building project Matamanyane Baptist Church, Limpopo South Africa APRIL 14: Hands of Hope sewing training and celebration day APRIL 27 30: Destiny Alive Leadership Conference, Mokopane MAY: Construction of steel frame and building of foundations of church building project, Matamanyane. So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:11 Pray for the training and discipleship of pastors and leaders in Africa. Transformation NOW in Africa! This is now the time for transformation, the Church fulfilling her purpose; every member fully equipped, corporately ready and released for their assignment as ONE so that the Spirit and the Bride can together say: Come Lord Jesus 2012 Year of high visibility and maximum impact. It will be a year when the Word of God will come to nations as never before. His Word will fulfill every purpose. Many will rise up in faith as with God impossible becomes possible, natural becomes supernatural. God is unfolding strategy to see beyond ourselves, to reach the nations. It will be a time to redefine who we are, redefine our destination point, redefine our priorities and redefine our inner life. A new day is dawning, and nations will come to our shining light! Pray for the ministry in 2012 that will include intensive leadership training in Southern African countries. It is time for Africa to arise and to become a blessing to the nations!
