They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. Today, we celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Communion. In prayerful preparation for the Table, please read and fill out the Information Card in front of you and give to an usher as you are directed forward. Today we will have continuous communion. We welcome to this family meal all who have been baptized into the Christian faith, and who believe that Christ is present in the bread and wine offering forgiveness of sins, life and salvation. Children who have not been prepared to receive the Sacrament are invited to come with their family for a blessing. If you are unable to come to the front to receive the sacrament, let an usher know and the elements will be brought to you. We offer gluten free wafers. If you desire that kind of wafer, simply point to the small container in the bread tray. Grape juice is also available. Please point to the center of the tray if you desire this. Today is Rally Sunday. It is good to see our children, youth and adults gathered together to begin a new year of Christian Education. After worship we will have our Rally Sunday lunch beginning at 10:45 A.M. in the Social Hall. A freewill offering will be taken to help cover costs of the meal and for other Sunday School expenses throughout the year. This fall begins the sixth year leading the senior high youth and the third year leading the praise and worship team. Today is also Bible Sunday.
