דוא"ל: The Glory Of The Lord Israel Tour June 10 th 20 th, 2019 - Hosted by Pastor Dr. Jesus Caquias Day 1 Depart US and fly to Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv. International flights usually arrive the following day. Overnight at Galilee hotel Day 2 Welcome to Israel Evening arrival at Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv. You will be met and greeted by a representative of who will welcome you to Israel and introduce you to your tour guide and driver. We will board the bus and head to our Galilee hotel for dinner and overnight.
דוא"ל: Day 3 Lower Galilee We will begin our day on Mt. Carmel to visit the "Place of Sacrifice" where the Prophet Elijah defeated the Priests of Baal (1 Kings 18:17-40). Our next stop is to Megiddo, where the Messiah will return to earth and defeat the Antichrist (the "beast") in the battle of Armageddon. We head to our Galilee hotel for check in and dinner. We head to Nazareth in the hill country of the Galilee where Jesus grew to manhood (Matth. 2:23). Here we will visit Nazareth Village, a reconstructed Jewish village from the time of Jesus. Overnight at Galilee hotel Day 4 Golan Heights We will begin our day at Tel Dan, a city mentioned in the Bible, described as the northernmost city of the Kingdom of Israel, belonging to the Tribe of Dan. Our next stop is at Banias, one of the sources of the River Jordan, the site of Caesarea Philippi where the Apostle Peter made his great confession of faith in Jesus as the Christ, the Son of God (Matth. 16:13-17). Following this we will drive up to the Golan Heights stopping at Mt. Bental, a lookout point where we can see the "Road to Damascus", and then continue on to Katzrin. Katzrin, known as the "capital of the Golan heights" is home to ancient structural remains which late back to the Late Roman, Byzantine and Early Islamic periods. Our last stop of the day will be to Yardenit, on the banks of the Jordan River, where you will have the chance to experience the tranquility and spiritual beauty of the waters in which Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist and where Jesus practiced and preached across this part of the Holy Land. }}}}}}}}}} דוא"ל: Day 5 Sea of Galilee Our first stop of the day will be to The Sea of Galilee, a place rich in memories of the three years of Jesus' ministry around its shores. We will enjoy a boat ride across the Sea to visit the ruins of Capernaum which in Jesus' time was a flourishing border town and was called "his own city" because of the frequency with which Jesus visited it and the mighty works he did there. We will visit a newly discovered site believed to be Magdala. Here we will visit a 2000-year-old Synagogue where scholars believe Jesus taught. We leave the Galilee and head south through the Jordan Valley to our Dead Sea hotel passing by the ancient and modern city of Jericho. Overnight at Dead Sea hotel Overnight at Dead Sea Hotel Day 6 Free day, Dead Sea and SPA Enjoy the Dead Sea, the lowest spot on the face of the Earth. You will have plenty of time at the shores of the Dead Sea and have an opportunity for a bath in mineral rich waters (Dead Sea SPA). No bus / guide provided
דוא"ל: Day 7 The Jordan Valley Overnight at Jerusalem hotel We start our day with a visit to Masada. Ascent by cable car for an extensive tour of the site which was the scene of the Jewish resistance against the Romans in the year 73 AD. After this we continue to the caves of Kumran where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found. We continue westward to Genesis Land to experience a camel ride and a biblical hospitality at Abraham's tent. Upon entering Jerusalem, The City of The King, we will stop on Mt. Scopus overlooking ancient and modern Jerusalem. We continue to our hotel for check in and dinner. Day 8 Samaria Today we are up for a close encounter with the ancient Israelites! After boarding our bus, we head to Ancient Shiloh where the Tabernacle stood for 400 years. Next, we visit Mt Gerizim, The Mountain of Blessings. Here we will have a lookout at the ancient city of Shechem, Mt. Ebal and Elon Moreh. We continue to Bethel and visit the site where Jacob dreamt The Dream of The Ladder. We return to our hotel for dinner. Overnight at Jerusalem hotel
דוא"ל: Day 9 Jerusalem After breakfast we start our pilgrimage in Jerusalem with a drive to the top of the Mt. of Olives, from which Jesus ascended to Heaven after his resurrection. From the top of the Mount there is a magnificent view over all of ancient and modern Jerusalem, the center of the biblical world. We visit the Garden of Gethsemane (time for prayer) and the Church of All Nations where Jesus prayed on the night of his betrayal (Lk. 22:40-46). Next, we visit the City of David archeological museum. Overnight at Jerusalem hotel Day 10 Jerusalem Today we enter the Old City through the Zion gate and tour the Jewish quarter. Here we will visit the Temple institute where the Jewish people are preparing for the construction of the Third Temple. We visit the last standing remnant of the ancient Temple at the Western Wall. Next to the Kotel Tunnels to unveil hidden sections of the Western Wall. Moving through underground passages, ancient trenches and much more. The Western Wall s enormous courses of stone are revealed in full size and magnitude, telling us about the architecture and building practices of different historical eras. We will finish off this amazing tour with a farewell dinner at a special location and a closing ceremony. Transfer to Ben Gurion airport and check in for our homebound flight at Ben Gurion Airport, rejoicing and putting our trust in the Lord, remembering the words of the Psalmist in Psalm 125:1: "Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion, which cannot be shaken but endures forever".
