LEADER: People: LEADER: People: LEADER: People: THE PSALTER READING Psalm 85 (Responsively) Let me hear what God the LORD will speak, for He will speak peace to His people, to His saints; Surely His salvation is near to those who fear Him, that glory may dwell in our land. Steadfast love and faithfulness meet; righteousness and peace kiss each other. Faithfulness springs up from the ground, and righteousness looks down from the sky. Yes, the LORD will give what is good, and our land will yield its increase. Righteousness will go before Him and make His footsteps a way. CONGREGATIONAL PRAYER Almighty and Ever-Blessed God, who in Your great goodness has given us a place within Your Church and marked us with the seal of Your love in baptism, mercifully hear us as we pray on behalf of your servant, Ruth, who has now solemnly dedicated herself to You in this holy ordinance. You, who give power to the faint, enable her daily to perform her vows. May your Fatherly love shine on her earthly path; may the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ abound towards her, that she may do every good work: and may the Spirit of God rest upon her, to guide and comfort and sanctify her. Let her never grow weary in well-doing, but fight the good fight, and lay hold on eternal life. Amen. HEAD HEART Sermon Notes HANDS

Phillips * HYMN OF PRAISE Hallelujah, What a Savior CHILDREN S MESSAGE Grace Ogno * APOSTLES CREED I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth: and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, Who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; He descended into hell; the third day He rose again from the dead, He ascended into heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence, He shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost, the holy catholic Church, the Communion of saints, the Forgiveness of sins, the Resurrection of the body; And the Life everlasting. Amen.
