The Men of Faith cooked hamburgers, hot dogs and brats, Doug Halvorsen of Church and Community Relations and the Women of Faith organized, and the LIFT and CIA groups lead the games. The Gem City Jazz Cats big band, featuring our own Dwain Dobbe and Dan Amabrosini on trumpet, played at the picnic. And, the congregation brought lots of wonderful food to share.! We see it all over that space. It reminds us that we are there to worship and then we depart to ac- complish the mission God has given us: to introduce people to new life in Jesus Christ that grows into enthusiastic Christian living.
