The centering I AM Meditation Cora Fillmore 1. Breathe deeply, Look Up - Peace be Still 2. Bring attention to crown of head The Christ of God is awakening within me 3. Bring attention to the front of forehead I am aware that the Christ of God is awakening within me
The centering of Power Meditation 2 4. Bring attention to center of brain The Christ of God through faith is awakening within me. 5. Allow flow to go below your feet know this descending channel is moving through you 6. Feel the purified energy flowing up into your Solar Center ascending channel
The centering of Power Meditation 3 7. Envision and feel the Christ in your Solar Center I am now in the presence of pure Being, immersed in the Holy Spirit of life, love, and wisdom. I acknowledge Thy presence and power. O blessed Spirit. In Thy divine wisdom I now erase my mortal limitations, and from Thy pure substance of love, I bring my world into manifestation according to Thy perfect law.

Activating the FAITH Center 1. From the Solar Center say Through the Christ of God the faith of Almighty God is quickened within me. 2. Allow the energy to float up to Faith Center and say Through the Christ of God the faith of Almighty God is quickened within me.
Activating the FAITH Center -2 3. Allow energy to drop to behind your heart and say Faith works through Love. 4. Energy drops below your feet and say Understanding faith is now expressed through me. 5. Back at the Solar Center and say Faith works through love.
Activating the STRENGTH Center 1. Stay in silence within Solar Center, then say I am One with Infinite Strength. 2. Allow energy to drop to small of back and say I am One with Infinite Strength. 3. Allow the energy to float to the Power center at root of tongue and say I have Power to express the sustaining strength of Spirit.
Activating the STRENGTH Center - 2 4. Allow the energy to float down to Life center and say The pure undefiled life of the Christ is expressed in and through me, and I am strengthened and sustained in all my ways. 5. Allow the energy to float up to the Solar Center and say The joy of the Lord is a wellspring within me, and I am established in Divine Strength.
Complete the meditation - Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be the name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done In earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And leave us not in temptation, But deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen
