How to use this log book Use it for personal incentive! For each date you are active, write in your activity, the number of miles moved and the amount of money pledged. If you walk, bike or run, count your miles; if you swim, exercise, pray for others, meditate, or volunteer, convert your time to miles (1 mile for every 15 minutes). You may record more than just one type of activity be both a physical and spiritual mover! You may solicit monies to support your efforts or you may donate personally. Keep track of pledges from family and friends on the last page of this log. Contribution Estimates If you are active over the full 150 days and average 1 mile/day, here is the total at different levels of giving. $0.10/mile = $15 $0.25/mile = $37.50 $0.50/mile = $75 $1.00/mile = $150 How to become a Reformation Hunger Opponent The Augustana Foundation has agreed to recognize the top two individuals or teams completing the most miles during the 150 days by donating $1,517 each ($3,034 total) to ELCA World Hunger. Obviously, the more people on your team, the more total miles and the better chance at this special recognition, so round up your friends and family and encourage them to join you. How to register Though you can participate as an individual, we encourage you to form or join a team for support to reach your movement goals.
