Some Important Chapters, Verses & Topics Of The Bible For The Christian To Master What God wants, more than anything, is for us to be saved and it is the Bible that reveals His gospel plan of salvation. We are to be like the Apostle Paul who said in Romans 1:16-17, For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. There are 66 books in our Bible, each of them with chapters ranging from one to over sixty or more. There are those that should be considered the most important chapter for the Christian to know inside and out! Here in Group A are 12 chapters with important scriptural themes that Christians should be familiar with. Read the chapters, think/meditate on your text, keeping in view the surrounding passage. As you meditate, ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the hidden gold nuggets in that scripture to you. Complete the chapter analysis for each chapter. Then move on to the next group. Upon completion of all the chapters listed below, you should have a very good and sound knowledge of your Christian calling that will enable you to do as 1 st Peter 3:15 instructs, be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: Enjoy your adventure through the Word! Group A Ephesians 5 Galatians 5 John 14 through 17 Romans 6, 8, 12 First Timothy 2 Ephesians 4, 6 Group B John 1, 3, 4, 5 Matthew 5, 6, 7, 13, 24, 25 Matthew 26, 27, 28 John 11, 12, 18, 19, 20, 21 Acts 2, 3 First Corinthians 6, 15 Second Corinthians 4, 5, 6 Proverbs 3 1

Remember that application is what really makes the difference in the life of a Christian. But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. (James 1:22-25) We hope you have been empowered, enlightened and encourage by this bible study! 6
