All Saint s Day Party! The Sacred Heart Youth Ministry would like to invite all parishioners young and old to a party to celebrate the Saints. Come join us for games and refreshments on Tuesday, November 1st following the 7:00 pm Mass. What better way to GIVE THANKS than to GIVE BACK? Sacred Heart will host Family Promise again during the week following Thanksgiving: November 27th thru December 4th, 2016. If you are interested in volunteering, please attend the volunteer training on October 24th from 6:30-8:00 pm in the Parish Hall. You may also pick up a Volunteer Application form by the Family Promise sign in the narthex of the church and return the form at the Welcome Desk or parish office. Sacred Heart Spaghetti Dinner Saturday, November 5th 2016, from 3pm-8pm (last seated dinner served at 7:00 pm). Should you wish to, BYOB. Tickets can be purchased after each Mass in the Narthex or at the Parish Office starting October 8th. Family Tickets for $25/4+ persons, or $7/Adults, $4/Child (ages 6-12) children under age 6 free. Can t stay? Take out is available. Ladies Auxiliary K of C 15th Annual CRAFT FAIR Saturday, Nov. 5th 9 a.m. 3 p.m. We hope to see many parishioner s at our annual craft fair! It is a fun day filled with crafts, soups, sandwiches and baked goods, children s games and Grannie s Attic. Proceeds from this event go towards supporting the needs of our parish and our community throughout the year. This year, a portion of our proceeds will be donated to Family Promise. Thank you for your continued support of this fun event! We hope to see you there! GRANNIE S ATTIC: The Ladies Auxiliary is in need of donated items for the Grannie s Attic tag sale held at our annual Craft Fair. We accept seasonal decorations, books, toys, games, DVD s, videos, CD s, knick-knacks, kitchen supplies, household items, jewelry and other gently used items. Because of space considerations we will not be able to accept clothing, antiquated computers and electronics or large/heavy items such as furniture. Donations may be dropped off beginning Sunday 10/30 to Thursday 11/3 at the Parish Hall. Please use the side doors facing the rectory and put in designated area behind the wall dividers until 4pm each weekday or before/after mass. Please do not drop off prior to Sunday 10/30 as there is Confirmation on 10/29. BAKE SALE: Baked goods are needed for the craft fair bake sale. Donations may be dropped off in the Parish Hall kitchen on Friday 10/4 until 4pm or at the school cafeteria after 7am on Sat 10/5. Please mark your donated item craft fair if it was donated for this event. Thank you for your continued support! Sacred Heart Youth Ministry All youth grades 6-12 are invited to come and see what youth group is all about. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 7 pm for Mass followed by discussion and refreshments. We offer many for service and lots of fun. Invite your friends and give it a try!
