MEMORIES Time Closed Our Account Evidently there was a balance past due And since everyone knows that he waits for no man There is absolutely nothing that we can do. Tomorrow said he had no days to give. He didn t even have a one he was willing to loan. Reality simply said, We d just have to accept that you are gone. And I don t know if mama grew tiresome om her longing for you. And I don t know if granny decided that she needed you too. All I know is when my eyes awaken from the night I look for you but you are now beyond my sight. Today may have taken all of our could ve beens Tomorrow put us on two separate paths that will meet in the end. The future calls for us to move onto uncharted territories that we cannot foresee. But I ll take the past with me along this journey with every memory.
