FROM THE EDITOR S DESK. Dear Readers, Greetings and a warm welcome to our very first issue of The E-Banarotaria, it is an honor for me to put forth this new modified Bulletin. The E-BanaRotaria, will be a vehicle for promoting fluent communication among all members of the club and updating you on the happenings and trends of Rotary Bhusawal. We shall endeavour to promote camaraderie and assimilate new members and enthuse the old ones through this magazine. We encourage participation from Members & Annes for content, articles, gossip, news and announcements about achievements and accomplishments of members and their families to ensure we have no strangers only and only friends in this club. When we set out to create this E bulletin our purpose is to promote a fun, enjoyable and informative reading. We want to steer-away from the glossy images of the too-perfect Rotary newsletters and information driven magazine to an inviting/interactive fun read. We hope to add more inspired and interactive articles in the forthcoming issues. Please take some time to know the layout of our magazine. I imagine about 08 categories of articles...so please put on your thinking hats, and send in your responses to shukla57@rediffmail.com and you will be rewarded handsomely with your name and solution printed in the next issue. Let's jointly endeavour to add our signature style, statement, a medium to foster friendship between members and a window into a club called The Rotary Club of Bhusawal. With Regards, Yours in Rotary Rtn Prin Dr Ravindra Shukla Club Bulletin Editor & President Elect 2018-19 ******* 1 st July: Rtn Vikas Katyayni 09 July: Rtn Dr Ravindra Shukla 31 July: PP Rtn Mahesh Bharade 10 July: Rtn Dr Suvarna Sonar ***

Rotary International President Barry Rassin s Message Rotary International President Barry Rassin laid out his vision for the future of the organization on Sunday, calling on leaders to work for a sustainable future and to inspire Rotarians and the community at large. Rassin, a member of the Rotary Club of East Nassau, New Providence, Bahamas, unveiled the 2018-19 presidential theme, Be the Inspiration, to incoming district governors at Rotary s International Assembly in San Diego, California, USA. I want you to inspire in your clubs, your Rotarians, that desire for something greater. The drive to do more, to be more, to create something that will live beyond each of us. Rassin stressed the power of Rotary s new vision statement, Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves. This describes the Rotary that leaders must help build, he said. To achieve this vision, the president-elect said, Rotarians must take care of the organization: We are a membership organization first. And if we want to be able to serve, if we want to succeed in our goals we have to take care of our members first. Rassin asked the incoming district governors to inspire the club presidents, and the Rotarians in your districts, to want to change. To want to do more. To want to reach their own potential. It s your job to motivate them and help them find their own way forward. *** MESSAGE FROM Rajiv Sharma DG 2018-19 Dear Karmayogis, A very warm welcome to you all in Rotary year 2018-19.Another year full of opportunities to work for doing good for Society, for people, nation and the whole world.
