We are delighted to have you in worship. We ask that you please sign the Fellowship Pad at the end of the pew. For your convenience, we have a warm and loving nursery adjacent to the sanctuary, complete with an available paging system. We also have a Cry Room at the back of the Sanctuary (near the ushers table) on the pulpit side with windows and a speaker so that you can see and hear the service. If you have any questions or need literature regarding the life of Bethany Presbyterian Church, please visit the Welcome Center, located next to the sanctuary. NEWS FOR THE BODY OF CHRIST Washington City Mission had a fire destroy the kitchen. The dining areas and the men's living quarters have severe smoke damage. Bethany has been set up to be a collection center for some of the mission s needs. Items can be dropped off during church hours and we will see that the mission gets them. Also volunteers will be needed to prepare meals in the month of August. More information will follow in future bulletins. Modern Worship Service @ 6pm Do you know someone who isn't connected to worship on Sunday Mornings? Maybe you have a friend or family member that just hasn't found our traditional worship to be a place they choose to engage. This summer we are launching a worship service that may be for them. Our modern service will be casual, relaxed, and welcoming while focused on worshipping and encountering God. As always the hope of Jesus Christ will be at the heart of this service as we encounter Him through the Bible, prayer, and one another. For the month of July, the Church office hours will be 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday thru Thursday, and 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM on Fridays. If you have a need outside of those hours please call the church office to make arrangements. 412-221-5132. Thank you.
