Malcolm is still the minister at Henley Fulham, I am moving house not churches. I will be available on all days of the week, however I will be in the office at the Fulham Worship Centre on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The church office number is 8235 2460 unless advised otherwise, and my mobile number is still 0431 329 607. Our home address is 20 Acorn Street, Aberfoyle Park 5159. The manse on Henley Beach Road, will be rented out. Circle of Friends - Tomorrow - Monday, 16th October The next Circle of Friends café morning will be at La Vita Coffee Shop, Grange Road Findon, Monday 16th October - 10am to approximately 11.15am. Come along and enjoy a cuppa - we can assure a friendly welcome! Maybe you know someone outside the church community who would appreciate an opportunity to join us? (The aims of our group are included on the Calendar on the notice board.) We need to let the Café know approximate numbers, so please let Faye Spence know if you are coming - Ph 8356 4613.

Christmas card orders to support the work of NATIONAL AND WORLD MISSIONS and FRONTIER SERVICES will be available at the Fulham site each Sunday during the month of OCTOBER ONLY. Some cards are in short supply, so please order early....jenny Bond The next meeting of the Henley-Fulham Adult Fellowship will be on Tuesday November 7th at 10 a.m. Hostesses for this meeting are members of the Waratah Group. As this is Melbourne Cup day, to add to the atmosphere, you are invited to wear a fascinator or hat to the meeting. I am not ashamed Dr. Patrick Sookhdeo (Director of Barnabas Aid/Barnabas Fund) will be in Adelaide next weekend. He is very concerned about Islam and secular humanism. On next Saturday 21st October (from 9am to 4pm) he will be giving a presentation at a day conference at Burnside City Uniting Church (384 Portrush Rd., Tusmore) entitled I am not ashamed. Cost (including lunch) $20. Patrick s understanding is always at (and beyond) the cutting edge. (He is, effectively, the leading person in the world in understanding Islam). Next Saturday he will be discussing his new book Flickering Flame which tells of the cultural transformation and the death of Christianity in the west.
