Holy Family Parish RCIA OPEN HOUSE The next 2 s we will hold an open house/informational meeting for anyone interested in joining us for RCIA this year. The classes will start the 1 st weekend of October, and will be held on morning. We have Deacon Patrick Jozefowicz helping out this year, and the classes will be held on morning during the 10:00 Mass. The classes will be held in the basement of St. John s church. We will have a schedule for all interested parties at the informational meetings. If you know of anyone interested in taking part in RCIA, please invite them to come to one of these meetings or contact me at St. John s rectory by the end of September. MISSION Our parish mission will soon be upon us. This mission will be a great opportunity for individuals and families to come together, to learn more about their faith and how we are called to be Christ s disciples and missionaries to the world. Mark your calendars for November 11 th thru the 15 th. With the Year of Faith beginning October 11 th, this would be a great beginning for our personal lives and for our parish life. Talk with family members and invite neighbors or others, especially someone who has been away from their faith life. A parish mission can be the instrument God uses to bring them back into His embrace. See future bulletins for more details. FALL BAZAAR/FEST This weekend is the first of our 2 fall parish events. We hope as many as possible will come and enjoy the Fall Bazaar at St John s church. These events help us to grow as a parish as well as a social gathering that all can enjoy. Thank you to all who expressed condolences last week when our step mother passed away. Your prayers and support for me and my family are very much appreciated. Fr.
