THE GNOSIS AND THE LAW Tellis Papastavro, Excerpted from Chapter 5 From: Ascension Research Center In the following, Goddess Vesta, Divine Complement of Helios - both our Solar Logoi - explains to us how She and Helios qualified to be candidates for the Initiation and, also what position They held in the cosmos before then. Expanding Her talk, She gives us first-hand, authentic information as to how great Universes are created, something hitherto unknown and a mystery to man. Her discourse assumes added significance at present, due to the Cosmic mandate that the time has come for our Galaxy, with its Seven Solar Systems, to advance to Higher Levels in the Cosmos, taking with Them those Planets that have qualified for the advancement and leaving behind any that has failed. This address was given to the students of "The Bridge to Freedom" in 1956 and the excerpt we quote here is taken from "God's Divine Plan for Our Solar System" - an out of print "Bridge" publication. VESTA'S DISCOURSE "... Helios and I belonged to a Galaxy much larger than this one in which We presently serve. We were a PLANET in that System and We were number four, just as the Earth is number four in relation to the Sun today. Our Galaxy was headed by a Great Central Sun made up of two mighty Beings Whose Names have long gone out of the language of your Earth, but They came close to the sound of Elohae and Eloha, which implies the Masculine and Feminine aspects of the Elohim.
"This Great Sun God and Goddess sent forth twelve mighty Suns in a descending arc of creation and these twelve Suns, as they descended, in turn sent forth, from themselves, in a horizontal manner, twelve great Planets. Our System consisted of the Great Central Sun and its twelve Suns, each Sun having twelve Planets around it, making one hundred fifty-six Planets, including the twelve Suns. (156) "The System to which the Earth belongs (your System) came from the Central Sun of Alpha and Omega and has forty-nine Planets with Seven Suns (56)- one hundred less than the System of Elohae and Eloha. Let Me repeat: There is the Central Sun, from which Helios and I came, and beneath it twelve Suns. The fourth Sun down was the Sun to which We belonged and was Alpha and Omega. That sun, in turn, sent out twelve Planets in a horizontal manner and Helios and Myself were the Fourth Planet out from the Sun. This was on the out-breath, * the Suns descending and the Planets expanding - the out-breath of the Godhead so far as the creation of this System was concerned. "On the in-breath, which is the point you are coming to NOW in your System, the Suns began ascending, number twelve entering into the orbit of eleven, number eleven going in to the orbit of number ten and so on, all the Planets of that System also ascending one. "In Our System, there is Helios and Myself as the Sun and the First Planet out is Mercury, the Second Aquaria, the Third one is Uranus, below Bella, and the Fourth is the Earth, right below Venus. "AS IT IS ABOVE SO IT IS BELOW" Re: SEVEN RAYS...Dispensation Dispensation and delivery may sound the same however they are two different elements. From the beginning of time, the thought was made and became. The message follows a schedule, preordained, implementation already planned. Within this element, or dispensation, a window of opportunity exists for man to make choices and change (the) earth's outcome. The very dispensation that was created long ago, carried the intent of our Creator to show man his ability to create and dispense through his own decision making just as the Creator did, has and is the creators intention. And just as we adults become parents, we desire our children to eventually create and make decisions resulting in harmony, joy, and abundance. In many ways what we do as parents on this earth is a reflection of the divine logos, guidance is given to a child so that he
too may some day be in charge of his own world but in cooperation for what is in the best interest for all concerned for this entire earth. In some ways that dispensation starts with the adult and we hope it reflects that as we are above them at that time in understanding they too will gain wisdom and expression and repeat the "so it is below". Because Adam entered into a physical body, he could not see the higher picture of thine will be done and the masters plan. Adam's journey began to find his higher spiritual self. In essence he was following the words of Christ, "Man know thy self and you will know God". Each experience he invested time into became a doorway of learning, and with enough experience he learned what worked and what didn't work, but he also learned something else important along the way and that is the power to control others and his own existence within that power. Learning who we are in relationship to God is essential. In some ways it is like teaching our children how to drive the family car, with enough experience our child follows the rules, not because they are the rules, but understanding how everyone benefits from following the rules. This example reflects the importance of utilizing power over others while cooperating and using power wisely. It is up to the soul inside to make the decisions as to whether it is important to follow the rules or to explore that new found power and it's consequences as it pertains to the self and others...does it benefit others and the self. Good decision making is always based on what is in the best interest for all concerned and with that in mind, is the soul willing to take on the responsibility from those lessons of power to best guide and instruct future souls... Hopefully good decision making occurs due to sufficient mentoring and guidance. Man knows the rules of the road but doesn't observe them when he becomes too busy, too distracted, too indulgent and too forgetful of other peoples needs. Those distractions are very relevant to the four lower bodies. This appeal to the sensory system that dwells within each body, commands attention long before we see the stop sign appear. However given enough of these close encounters with stop signs, the soul in the vehicle learns to focus outside that sensory system he owns, also known as his own vehicle, the body, and now has entered into a new state of being..."utilization of the mental body". a new level of learning integrates the soul...the beginnings of "wisdom". Christ stated" I didn't come to change the laws, I came to give them substance" reflects the clarity of intent of the creator. You see I've said a lot and I've said nothing because all along I could have said what are the four lower bodies?... is it the one that commands our attention first because it demands appeasement, until it trips over itself and hits the stop sign smack on. It doesn't take long before we realize to be a healthy person, we must look beyond our own needs and realize there is a world around us, filled with things man has control over and many things man has no control over. Now man has realized one important fact, stop, look and listen. The more we listen, the more we look, the more we realize that other beings are doing the same thing we are doing, just in varying degrees. The better we understand cause and effect within our own power of creating, the better we are at creating, dispensing, and delivering a portion of our own energies, sharing in the procreating on this earth. Every day we are giving birth to new shared energies...with that we have the power to make this world and it's future a better outcome. Let us all use that power wisely so that all will benefit.
God's intention, divine logos, equals dispensation and delivery. "Find out what you don't want and you will find out what you do want". In the interim, the soul is being developed to love, share and mentor souls yet to come to this earth...this great school house...are you ready to be a teacher? God demands that man master the four lower bodies to become the teachers of the future. Learning the power of creating relating to the seven rays: Layman's terms... the power of the First Ray...the power given to each soul to learn the soul's relationship to the creator and the intent of the creator that all men should eventually share in the procreation on many levels.
