But just to become aware that we can resonate with it -- that alone can be like waking up from a dream. ~David Steindl-Rast This is a great time to take the opportunity to present to the Karmic Board all your intentions related to planetary actions and humanity development; as well as to inform the Masters of the Karmic Board about your needs, your intentions and your new projects, asking for their serendipitous assistance and the transmutation of karma involved with every difficulty in your life. As you may know, your Divine Presence I AM takes part in this Council, hence we strongly recommend that you participate knowingly, with as much awareness as you can in these events. For this reason we would like to suggest that individuals submit their own "petitions consciously, performing the preparation Inttunements within this ebook to connect To present your input and petitions to the council, you are consciously performing the role of an angelic host. To do so, you must fill your heart with the clear light of compassion and vibrate as a true angelic human. This is one of the rare opportunities to open your angelic wings further. OPEN DECLARATION We disciples of Light and Love present ourselves again, with our petitions and personal vows, to assist the evolution of life and our planet. In the name of our Divine I AM Presence, we plea thee to examine the possibility to redeem in a united procedure, the karmic guilt of those that are still struggling with their physical and spiritual lives, but were received in good faith, here on Earth. We plea for the manifestation of new schools and guidance for this purpose, suitable to deliver to these consciousness the assistance they may need, ensuring a cleared evolution for our humanity. In the name of the Beloved Holy Aeolus, we call upon the power of Light and Love, aligned with Christ-consciousness and conducted by the Great Ones Helios and Vesta, the Alpha and Omega of our system of worlds; to hold fast the path of the universe in purity, truth and perfection, protected by an impenetrable mantle of love - whatever may be the channel through which it flows, transmitting its perfection to all forms of life. 2 P a g e

We request a special gift of strength and power from the Light of Mother/Father God, to undo any parallel Plan deemed harmful to the progress and well-being of men, and all the realm of nature. May the entities, consciousness and powers behind these plans be involved by the sacred Cosmic Fire, so that none may produce any harmful action. We offer and add our energy and Light for this purpose, and invoke Thy merciful protection in releasing its flow. In the world that has no end! (repeat either 3x, 9x or 33x) WHAT YOU WILL NEED One candle failures or shortcomings, and allow the release of blessings into your life. Project the energy of gratitude into your request: thank the goals as if they were already achieved. No matter what path we are on, we can write a letter to the Great Karmic Board and then burn it ourselves. Pieces of tissue paper A Pencil Incense A vessel to burn your petition PROVISION Choose a good place for your ritual; preferably, before an altar set up for the Masters or one you regularly use for your prayers, rituals and meditation. If this is not possible, separate yourself from the tumult of the day and go to a quiet place in nature, mountain, sea, river, a park or a retreat indoors. If you are going to do the burning indoors, choose a sink where you can put out the fire quickly if you lose control. Ideally, you should have a ceramic bowl or other non-flammable bowl to burn your letter. WRITING A PETITION When writing your "petition", remember to infuse vital energy to your request as much as possible. Present your project, its goals, argue in its favor, use your imagination and visualize how you are going to put in practice, how the details are going to play out, and the ripples that will cause through its benefits coming into existence. Ask for allowance of self-forgiveness for your past Do not cling to limitations such as I have no money for this, or I'm not qualified etc. Imagine that you only have a dream to hold onto and a great friend who can and will help you by supplying whatever needs you may have in order to manifest your dream. Act as if you have a large project and you are going to the bank for a loan to accomplish it. Keep in mind that the universe does not read words such as no, never, maybe or if. So when writing your letter, be positive and affirm your intentions with confidence. Do not hesitate or imprint a negative tone onto your petition. That is the reason our fears, or whatever we do not want, ends up coming into fruition, because we think and project, I do not want this to happen, and it does. The universe manifests only positive affirmations and thinking. This letter must be written by hand. Do not forget to sign it with your full name at the end. If we like, we can simply call to the members of the Great Karmic Board above to help us in writing the letter. These letters are not read by anyone, but are burned in the physical fire. You may wish to consider some or all of the following matters as you write your petitions: your personal needs, including your physical and spiritual survival, your supply and the needs of your family and loved ones. COLLECTIVE RITUAL FOR THE KARMIC COUNCIL This ritual is performed in the evening of the days the Karmic Council meets: March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31. All incarnate people participate with their spiritual bodies while sleeping. Utilize this day to establish your internal commitment to Truth, to Life, to Purity of Creation thus projecting to the outside world the potential of your soul: Happiness, Harmony, Health, Abundance, and Achievements. COLLECTIVE APPEAL IN THE BEHALF OF SENTIENT BEINGS AND MANKIND On behalf of the Divine Presence I AM in us as Christic Beings working in the fashion world, we appeal to the Lords of Karma by Mercy, Karmic Transmutation, Timeless, Truth and Freedom for all beings evolving on Earth. I,(state your full name) appeal in favor of the increasing and the expansion of Inner Light in every human heart, the recognition and concretization of the Victory in the Light, by the completion of the Divine Will in all lives on earth. We call for a special dispensation of strength and power in Light, to be weakening and conquering any and all minds that may be planning against spiritual progress and welfare and liberation of all sentient beings. We request that any and every dreadful circumstances, as well as their mentors, and servers to be enveloped and involved by the purifying Cosmic Fire that instantly dissolves and consumes everything that does not come from the Heart of God, restoring balance, harmony and Light; bringing the Cosmic Order to all life. METHODOLOGY On a tissue paper, write in pencil, addressing your request to the Karmic Board and if you wish you can write: "under the care of" - writing the name of any member of the Board. For example, you can address it to Lady Portia. Write your requests to the Karmic Board, as if you were submitting your application to a "bank examiner". " Try to work on the minimum details of your proposal throughout your application, do it carefully, and do not forget to reason in its favor. Express your gratitude to them for taking the time to evaluate your proposal, place your signature. Just below, write in pencil your full name the name on your birth certificate - and date of birth. Below your name, write: For Peace and Universal Healing. After writing your letter, invoke Archangel Michael to be your witness of this letter. In the name of the Divine Trinity, and in the presence of the Divine Mother, I (speak your full name vocalizing) invoke the beloved Lord Michael to be the deliverer of this document to the hands of The Goddess of Liberty, the primary speaker of the Karmic Council of God. After this brief invocation, read out loud your letter; fold your letter and proceed with its burning; Saying Amen three times to seal the proposal. HOW TO BURN When executing any ritual that involves burning; first fold the letter. First burn a white piece of paper. If there are others doing this ritual with you, doing a collective ritual, allow them to burn their petitions along with you. To finish the ceremony, burn yet again a white clean piece of paper. The burning serves to send your petition to the ethereal plane. The rest of the debris resulting from the burning have no value and can be disposed the best way you may find. 1. Please have a container where you can burn the tissue paper: a ceramic bowl, a small pot or even a small aluminum bucket would serve well to this. 2. Before midnight review your petition; fold the paper in four, while making a prayer or the great invocation When the burning is ending, recite the Great Invocation: From the point of Light within the Mind of God Let light stream forth into the minds of men. Let Light descend on Earth. From the point of Love within the Heart of God Let love stream forth into the hearts of men. May Christ return to Earth. I pray, O God, to be the perfect instrument of Your Life, so your light and love can run perfectly through my body. I AM Forgiveness in action, I consciously expel all doubts and fears; within the wings of cosmic victory, I also free every soul that needs forgiveness. With the power of now, and through the Law of Grace, I declare Forgiveness every hour, to every life without exception. And so it is, and Thank you God. I seal this decree in purity, truth and love. (Repeat 3x or 9x or 33 times) In the name of the Almighty I Am Presence in Me and My Beloved Holy Christ Self, In the name of Kwan Yin, I invoke the Law of Forgiveness in my life, in the lives of all participants in this petition of Divine Abundance and victory.
