Test John Wood, Clk Pursuant to an Order of Court hereunto annexed we the commissioners therein appointed have proceeded to lay off and allot to each heir by proper metes and bounds their equal parts or proportions of the Land whereof Benjamin Reed late of this County deceased did Seized and possessed lying on Albemarle Sound (the Said heirs Mutually agreeing thereto) that is to say Lott N o. 1 containing 32 acres we lay off & allot to Benjamin Reed. Lott N o 2&3 containing 32 acres we allot to Tully Williams in right of his wife Susanah. Lott. N o 4 Containing 32 acres we lay off and allot to Robert Reed. The Old House standing nearest the road to be to the benefit of those two of the heirs holding Lott No 2, 3, & 4 equally agreeable to the Plann in the annexed Plann given under our hands and Seal the 7 th day of May 1811.
