Obituary of a Celebrated Life Pamela Denise Williams On March 16, 1956, God blessed Dorothy Williams (mother) and Calvin Williams Jr (father) with the beautiful baby girl we came to know and love as Pamela Denise Williams. She was energetic, loving, and passionate from her first until her last peaceful breath on Friday, August 14, 2015 at 2:00pm. For nearly 7 years, Pamela battled her illness and received constant, loving care from her mother who was there by her side at the end and was soon joined by many loving family members, as she went home to be with the Lord. She attended Doris Miller Elementary, Abraham Lincoln Junior High and graduated from Jesse H. Jones in 1974, where she was captain of the cheerleadering squad before attending Texas Southern University. During her employment at Texas Commerce Bank for many years, Pamela s passion for children continued to grow until she was able to began her extensive career in daycare management with KinderCare Corporation. She was overjoyed when her dream was realized with the opening of Miss Pam s Academy. She operated successfully for over 14 years with the assistance of daughter-directors, Tuaca Deason & Tonya Coleman including nearly 4 years following her illness. The motto Where Your Children Become Our Children was certainly realized for hundreds of children spanning multiple generations who were blessed to be loved by Miss Pam. She saw the fruits of her labor as many of them went on to attend college and live prosperous lives. Her legacy will continue through the daycare under the ownership of Rev. Kendrick Adams. As a child, Pamela attended St. Nicholas Catholic Church; was baptized at St. Luke Baptist Church by Pastor Donald G. Burgs, where she sang in the choir. Her membership continued throughout the years under the leadership of Rev. Eldridge Edwards and Pastor Mark C. Davis, where she served as a Sunday School teacher for the beginners class until her illness. Pamela is no doubt rejoicing in meeting her older brother, Calvin Williams II for the very first time and reuniting with her loving maternal grandmother, Laura Hulin, grandfather, Walter Malveaux, step grandfather, Herbert Hulin; aunts Agnes Reed, Josie Malveaux, Annie Mae Williams, and Mary Newbrant; cousins Oscar Williams Jr, Betty Hall, Lewis Hall, and Shirley Fogle; along with a host of other incredible family members who preceded her in death. Left to mourn, celebrate and remember Pamela is her incredibly strong, faith-filled mother, Dorothy Williams; father, Calvin Williams Jr; devoted, loving son, James W. Williams; four sisters, Cheryl A. Cormier, Amanda Williams Barriga, Michelle Williams Ybarra and Angela Gail Scranton; one brother, Calvin Williams III; two nieces Chelsea CeCe Williams and Deliah Torres; four nephews, Roland Torres Jr, Simon Moreno III, Samuel Barriga Jr and Sergio Barriga; aunt/godmother, Rita Jackson; uncle, Arthur Malveaux, Sr; a host of cousins Ollie Williams, Laurie Filmore, Michael Ray Williams, Sandy Robinson, Bennie Williams, Monica Harris, Maynard Ray Jackson Sr, Arthur Malveaux Jr, Ann Malveaux, Phillip Malveaux, Beverly Stewart, and Leonidas Hall; special cousins-in-law, Lisa Williams, Tommie Filmore, and Jack Stewart; 2 nd and 3 rd cousins, Nicole Jackson, Ethan Coleman (Godson), Maynard Ray Jackson Jr (Godson), Ebony Williams, Malik Williams (Godson), Kenneth Gibson, Ron Gabriel Williams, Keisha Evans, Christian Joy Samuel, Julius Fogle, Wanda Harris, and Jason Stewart and her God-sent bonus son, D Andre Evans. Evidence that true love is an unbreakable bond, left to mourn the loss of his soulmate is Pamela s incredible fiancé, William B.W. Hobbit. After two amazing but short years to love each other, he remained by her side for the duration of her illness making him family forever in our hearts. Pamela s greatest love was for her best friend and mother, and also the son she loved with all her heart. She endeavored to spend as much time as possible with James as they enjoyed their shared passions for urban cowboy trail rides, rodeos, roping, Zydeco dancing and, of course, shopping! Condolences or messages for the family can be posted online at JOSEPHJEARTHMAN.COM.

A Tribute to My Daughter A Tribute to My Mother A Tribute to My Sister A Tribute to My Sister Expressions of Love To My Bellfort Queen, Miss Pam! There are no words to express the pain I felt the day you left. It s so hard to say goodbye to such a wonderful daughter. I love you so much; but I realize that my love for you couldn t keep you here, neither could your love for me. I am going to miss you, but your precious memories will forever live in my heart. Sleep on my child, we will be together again in that great getting up morning. Love, love, love you much, Mama My dear daughter, may you rest in peace now and forever more. Sweet, fun-loving, generous and kind. You were a joy in the lives of everyone who was blessed to know you. While I may not be able to be with you today, know that you will be in my heart always. Love you, Daddy Although my heart is hurting now, I cherish the joy of having you as my mother. I stand proudly in your legacy because you taught me all that I know and how to be a strong, independent and self-sufficient man. You were my best friend and I will forever remember each precious moment we shared. Everything I ever wanted, you provided and I thank you. Most of all, I thank you for loving me! Your adoring son, James No bond is quite like the bond that sisters share. We grew up sharing everything and I cherish the gift for the love of learning that you inspired in me at a very early age. I loved our phone calls because we could talk for hours about nothing and everything. You were always kind, always generous, always compassionate; and I will carry the joy of being your sister in my heart always as will our sisters, Michelle and Amanda. Because I believe your gifts will make room for you, I imagine you with a heavenly daycare and being surrounded by all the children who left this earth too soon. Enjoy your rest in heaven now. We love you Pammie! Your sister, Cheryl My beautiful, loving sister Pam. Rest in peace. No more pain, no more suffering. What does one say or do at a time like this? I don t know, except to say that I miss you with all my heart. You were amazing with the children at the daycare and you chose a very special man in BW. He s been by your side for nearly 7 years and we have come to love him as a brother, too. We are all here, family and friends, new and old, to celebrate you today. You will live on in our hearts forever. I LOVE YOU! Your baby brother, Sonny

A Tribute to Our Cousin Expressions of Love Words can t express how we feel at this time. But we don t see your passing as a loss, but an eternal journey to a better place. You were such a joy to us all as you kept us laughing, you brought such joy to our lives and were willing to give without restraint. Overtime, when sadness sets in, we will remember the good times and the love we shared as family Love, Your Cousins A Tribute to My God-Daughter A Tribute to My Soulmate A Tribute to My Aunt A very precious one from us is gone. A voice I ve loved is still. A place is vacant in our hearts which can never be filled. Don t think of her as gone away. Her journey is just begun. Life holds so many phases this earth is only one. Think of her as living in the hearts of those she touched. Nothing loved is ever lost for she was loved so much. Rest on Miss Pam! Your Godmother, Aunt Rita A Tribute to My Niece My darling niece, who is oh so sweet. I ll miss you and love you forever. Rest in Heaven, Uncle Diego The memory of all that was, is still with us. From the moment we met, we were inextricably connected as two souls destined to be together. Every moment of every day that I was blessed to spend with you is forever etched in my memory. Now you can rest in peace, my love. Your Fiancé, B.W. So many memories full of laughter that I ll forever cherish. Words can t describe how thankful I am to have had you in my life and how much I ll miss you. I love you. I know you ll always be with me. Love, Chelsea A Tribute to Someone Special God was in search of an angel to fill the empty space. He searched the whole world over and found your weary face, saw the road was rough and hills were hard to climb, so he closed your eye lids and whispered PEACE. Be thine in faith. Love, Ms. Ozella Swan, Mr. & Mrs. Willie & Angela Tate, Ms. Nona White
