Welcome to Prairie Crossing Subdivision
LETTER FROM THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION To our homeowners: Welcome to Prairie Crossing, a neighborhood located just southwest of downtown Naperville, IL. The Neighborhood Association has been successful because of the willingness of so many residents to volunteer their time and talents. Volunteers serve on the Board, as well as committees concerned with such areas as Beautification, Security, Social Activities, Traffic Control, and the Prairie Crossing Homeowners Association Website. All of these volunteer activities contribute to a sense of community and neighborliness which are so characteristic of Naperville. This welcome packet will introduce you to the neighborhood and give you an idea of some of the things we do to make sure that we continue to be a safe, secure, and vibrant neighborhood. As part of maintaining this great neighborhood it is important that all homeowners are aware that they are responsible for reading and adhering to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Prairie Crossing. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. Sincerely, PCHOA Board Teri Bormet Vice President (630) 207-6146 Robert Rush President (630) 922-0941 Roger Russel Treasurer (630) 922-9071 Jim Schloderbach Secretary (630) 922-8455 Sam Wang Vice President (630) 904-6909
