Family relationships provide many opportunities to hurt one another. We reveal our true selves at home. Family connections often involve our closest relationships and those relationships often see what we hide from others, such as selfishness, jealousy, rivalry, anger and frustration. Communion: In the Lord s Supper, Jesus offers the faithful His true body and blood to eat and drink. These words, Given and shed for you for the forgiveness of sins, show us that in the Sacrament forgiveness of sins, life, and salvation are given us through these words. These words, along with the bodily eating and drinking, are the main thing in the Sacrament. Anyone who has questions is invited to speak to the pastor or an elder before communing. The cups in the center of the tray are filled with a white non-alcoholic wine and gluten free wafers are available for those with allergies.
