A team of 10 people from Carnmoney Church are heading to Budai in July 2017 to work alongside Youth For Christ, Moldova. YFC was set up in Moldova in 1999, where they strive to combine spiritual teaching with practical help, therefore showing God s love through their words and actions. Moldova is the poorest country in Europe with 40% of the people living on less than 1.50 per day. During our visit in 2015 we came across a 10 year old boy, John, who had one dream in life to have one room in his house that the snow and rain didn t come in! A new roof for John s house cost the team 500 and provided proper shelter for his whole family. In 2016 we continued to help more families like this, by providing food parcels, school uniforms and house repairs for the local community. 2017 will see even more people helped by your kindness. Every penny raised will be taken to Moldova, where lives will be changed by your generosity.
