+ Hymn No. 278 Hosanna, Loud Hosanna Ellacombe Prayer of Confession Rev. Nate Melcher Gracious God, we marvel at your presence in Jesus. He knew the fame would not last. He knew that to be lifted so high only meant his fall would be greater. Today we pray that the light that will lead Jesus to Jerusalem this week will light our path as well. May your light not only lead us to do as Jesus did, but let it lead others to join in making the message of Jesus their message. Let us hear our Lord say of the hungry, the imprisoned, the sick, the homeless, and the oppressed, Truly I say to you, as you did to one of the least of these, you did it to me. May we follow in Christ s way and live in Christ s love. Amen Silent Prayer Words of Assurance Welcome Rev.
