Diana is a nurse practitioner and has played hand bells for 34 years. She is currently the director of the Grace GosBells and plays the smallest bells in the Parrish Bells. Jim was a computer database administrator and now works at a local Italian restaurant. He plays the largest bells in the Parrish Bells Schulmerich s C2- F#2. He has been playing bells for 18 years. About this Morning s Hymn: Great Is Thy Faithfulness was written by Thomas Chisholm in 1923. Chisholm was an author, a writer, an insurance agent and a Methodist minister. The theme of the hymn is about the unchanging God. This hymn is one of the most requested hymns of all time. The chancel flowers are given to the glory of God in memory of Bobbi Rieck by Bea and Bill Rieck. The narthex flowers are given to the glory of God in celebration of Don and Sylvia Bynum s 54 th wedding anniversary. The rosebud is given to the glory of God in celebration of the birth on June 27, 2014, of William Timothy Scanlon to Tim and Katie Scanlon by his grandmother, Becky Scanlon.
