1 Corinthians 1:2 Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, HOLINESS: There are four words used In the Bible which have the (same/very similar) meanings: SEPARATION, SANCTIFICATION, HOLINESS, and SAINTS all have the basic meaning of SET APART to consecrate for a specific use!!!
POSITIONAL SEPARATION In Christ, I have been set apart unto God. Hebrews 10:10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
PRACTICAL/PERSONAL SEPARATION As a Christian, I am to live as set apart unto God. 1 Peter 1:14-15 14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: 15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;
FEAR OF GOD!!! THE CONTINUAL AWARENESS THAT I AM IN THE PRESENCE OF A HOLY GOD, AND THAT EVERY THOUGHT, DEED, ACTION, AND MOTIVE ARE BEING JUDGED AND REWARDED BY HIM, NOT ONLY IN THIS LIFE BUT THE LIFE THAT IS TO COME.

1 Corinthians 1:2b called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours: CALLED TO BE SAINTS The fundamental principle in Arminianism is the rejection of predestination, and a corresponding affirmation of the freedom of the human will. Armenians believe among other things that an individual can fall from Grace. (Lose their salvation)
-Calvinism teaches (Reformed theology) T.U.L.I.P., which stands for 1. total depravity, 2. unconditional election, God has chosen from eternity to extend mercy to those he has chosen and to withhold mercy from those not chosen. 3. limited atonement, that only the sins of the elect were atoned for by Jesus's death. 4. irresistible grace, -We have no ability to choose or resist the grace of God, (if we are of the Elect, the unelected will simply die in their sins) & will not be drawn by God. 5. perseverance of the saints.
-The Bible is clear in numerous passages that he has Granted us a free will. 2 Peter 3:9 9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. John 7:17 17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
Joshua 24:15 15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Mark 8:34 34 And when he had called the people unto him with his disciples also, he said unto them, Whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.
Isaiah 55:6-7 6 Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: 7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
-Many cults, false teachers, and false churches have the wrong JESUS. -The Mormon Jesus is the brother of Satan, one god among many BILLIONS; -the Jehovah's Witness Jesus is Michael the Archangel, one of the Chief Princes (Dan. 10:13); -the Christian Science Jesus is a Divine Idea; -the Theosophy Jesus is the reincarnation of the world's soul; -the New Age Jesus is the Christ consciousness we all have or an Ascended Master equal to Buddha; -the Scientology Messiah for mankind is Hubbard; -the Bahai and Masonic Jesus' are dead prophets like Mohammed; -the United Pentecostal's Jesus is not eternal (Micah 5:2); -the Spiritist Jesus (Occult) is the Ultimate Medium in the 6th sphere of astral projection; -the Jesus of the "Children of God" is just another sinner; -the Ekankar (Hindu Cult) Jesus is the Ultimate Guru; -the Golden Ruler's Jesus is a mere example (they save themselves); -the Roman Catholic Jesus must be contacted through His mother (1 Tim. 2:5);
-What the Bible & PAUL says about Jesus Colossians 1:12-17 12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: 13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: 14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
Hebrews 1:1-4 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; 3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; 4 Being made so much better than the angels,
