The January 1 February 28, 2019 income of $18,639.00 exceeded the expenses of $15,793.81 for the same period by $2,845.19. The average weekly income for the first two months of 2019 was $2,329.87. The Proposed Income (budget) for January-February was $19,868.50 which was $1,229.50 more than the offerings received. The Proposed Expense for January- February was $21,974.48. Actual Expense for January- February was $15,793.81 which was $6,180.67 less than the Proposed Expense. Much of the unused expense is the $2,000 proposed each month for the planned expense of $24,000 for 2019 to replace at least one more Furnace and Air Conditioner and repair, seal, and stripe the parking lot. The February 2019 income of 9,920.00 exceeded the expenses for February by $2,738.96 and fell short of the Proposed Income of $9,934.25 by $14.25. Expenses for February were $7,181.04. The Proposed Expense for February was $11,008.99 including the $2,000 designated for the replacement of HVAC systems and work on the parking lot. The average weekly giving for February was $2,480.00. 7% of the General Fund Offerings is being given to Missions during 2019. This amount is divided equally between Central India Christian Mission and Butler Springs Christian Camp. During January-February $1,261.68 has been equally divided between these two missions.
