Please do not donate anymore clothing items to our clothes pantry - our storage room is at capacity. Please do continue to donate to our food pantry non-perishable items except for : Baked Beans, Green Beans & Corn. All other items are desperately needed.

If you have already registered, it is very important that you stop by our table today in the foyer. Also, we are in need of donated items to use as door prizes for the girls. Please drop off your donation to the church office any day this week. We already have gift bags. Thank you!

If your call is not answered, please leave a message for Tisha Rock, Administrative Assistant, including the Who, What, When, Where, Why and your Contact Information.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING ANNOUCEMENTS Approval All announcements are subject to approval by our Leadership Team. It is strongly encouraged that you speak with the Ministry Leader over your particular ministry before submitting your announcement request. If your request is of a non-church related event (wedding, baby birth, graduation, etc.), please submit it as soon as possible to ensure the Leadership Team has time to discuss its approval status.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING ANNOUCEMENTS Outside Events Generally, we do not print, nor read from the pulpit, any announcements sponsored by outside organizations. However, an official flyer from the sponsoring organization of the event may be considered for advertisement space on our bulletin board located in the main entrance hall of the sanctuary. Please submit an official flyer far in advance to ensure the Leadership Team has time to discuss its approval status. Please do not post any flyers that have not been approved by the Leadership Team onto the bulletin board. THEY WILL BE REMOVED.
