Following an early breakfast and worship in Westminster Hall, groups will go to several Williamsville and Amherst sites to provide volunteer assistance for a couple of hours. There will be outdoor and indoor opportunities to choose from, including some at North Church. All ages are encouraged to participate, and there will be childcare for our youngest. Following our service activities, we ll gather again in Westminster Hall for lunch and sharing. Online registration will be open on August 9. An Invitation to Middle School Youth Mark Aquino (Westminster) and Rich Lash (Deerhurst) would like to invite Middlers to come with us for 1, 2 or all 3 of these dates. This is for middle school students and their adult advisors: rising 6th through rising 9th graders. On Monday, Aug. 17, and Tuesday, Aug. 18, we will be doing meaningful mission work at VIVE, St Luke s Mission of Mercy, Ronald McDonald House or a similar organization. After having lunch there, we will go on a fun afternoon (Sky Zone, Niagara Falls, Buffalo Zoo, etc.) Cost of either day is based on the afternoon event. Wednesday through Thursday, Aug. 19-20, we'll be going to Camp Duffield to help them close up from the summer and get ready for fall and winter. Duffield is letting us work for lodging in Keeler Lodge so the only cost will be food. Wed. lunch and dinner plus Thurs. breakfast, lunch & dinner maybe $20-$25 per person. We should be able to work and still have lots of fun time to hike, explore, swim, canoe and have a campfire. VBS Amherst Presbyterian Church 151 S.
