It features fans and related objects such as paintings, prints and films selected from the vast collection of eminent artist Jatin Das. The artist s collection began with a single hand fan gifted to him from a friend and has grown over the past four decades to over 5,000 fans into a world-class archive, possibly the largest collection of its kind.the month-long exhibition also features demonstrations by traditional craftspeople, fan-making workshops for children at the venue. Daily Pankha film screenings 11.00 am, 12.00 pm, 2.00 pm, 4.00 pm, 6.00 pm, 7.00 pm till June 24. A selection of short films and video clips on pankhas are being shown daily at the gallery. Buddhi Yoga is a platform that "marries" technology and tradition for education. The buddhi yoga platform engages the player when he lands on a square with a word. This is a hindi - sanskrit word or the hindi language teacher - this board then becomes a tool to teach vocabulary, synonyms, antonyms, etc. The word itself is associated with a story from our vast heritage of stories, these stories explore the meanings of the word. Thus a very concrete and wholesome understanding of words is what this tool can help deliver to the students by the above two engagements.
