Vestry Meeting Highlights September 10, 2018 P A G E 2 Roof work has been completed. Reverend Sarah has begun locking door into kitchen before mass each Sunday. Vestry members who attended the presentation by Sheriff McKenna found it very interesting and informing. Our Amazon Smile account is up and running and people can start using it to place orders and give a small percentage back to Grace. Ken Loper is looking for helpers to complete the assembly and finishing process for clocks he plans to donate and sell to generate income for our church. E.C.W. (Episcopal Church Women) News There were six people present. We accepted the minutes and treasurer s report which included the egg roll final report. We had a profit of $10,430.69. Our main item of business was discussing the Holiday Bazaar coming on November 3. The luncheon will remain at $8. We will have three soups with two sandwiches as well as home baked pies. We need people to be making crafts, cookies, theme baskets, and baked goods so we have lots to sell. We will begin discussion of next year s budget at our next meeting on October 14. Please join us. Food for Families Report Lauraine Ferris, secretary During the month of September we served 308 meals of sloppy joes, unstuffed cabbage casserole, hot dogs, and baked pasta.
