SPOTLIGHT ON Effective Ministries HOW WOULD YOU INVEST FOR EXPONENTIAL SPIRITUAL GROWTH? We Apply Financial Discernment to Recognize, Encourage, Support & Reward Highly-Effective Christian Ministries FOUNDATION of STONE Advancing the Saving Influence of Our Lord Jesus Christ

FOUNDATION of STONE Advancing the Saving Influence of Our Lord Jesus Christ INVEST WISELY IN TRUE LIFE-CHANGING ENTERPRISES FOUNDATION OF STONE (FOS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established by Charles Rick and Cindy Stone in 2008 to pursue their empathetic and impassioned vision of strategic financial support to highly-effective Christian ministries who demonstrate love and urgency for transformational life change. FOS financially supports ministries which provide: Ministries which facilitate adult and child evangelism, discipleship and educational retreats for children, parents and families. Ministries which make inroads to people groups through urban and rural healthcare education and medical/dental/optical treatment. Ministries which distribute Holy Bibles, the living and inerrant Word of God, to our world s people groups and in many languages. Ministries which reach the socially outcast and forgotten men and women who are homeless and/or incarcerated in prisons, jails, and halfway houses, with the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Ministries which provide evangelism conferences, seminars and rallies to focus people on hearing God s voice. Ministries which provide motivation, manpower and materials to construct or restore missionary facilities worldwide. PRUDENT INVESTMENTS IN PROVEN STRATEGIES FOUNDATION OF STONE invests to help countless underserved or disadvantaged individuals to better their lives and circumstances through transformational change. By identifying the people and programs which already bring positive changes to communities throughout the world, FOS empowers them to extend

We invite you to take a moment to familiarize yourself with five effective ministries FOS supports... SPOTLIGHT ON Effective Ministries their reach, deepen their impact, and fundamentally improve society by building within people the character and unique purpose and life transformation displayed throughout the Bible, God s inerrant Word. CONNECTION FOUNDATION OF STONE fosters connection through networking by encouraging the spiritual faith building of ministry entrepreneurs, the tenacity and resourcefulness of nonprofit professionals, and the tens of thousands of individuals who implement ministry visions. Connection strikes a balance between the ministry vision and the practical application, with ongoing learning and sharing of best practices from experts from many fields who share their wisdom and experience in accessing specific resources. GOVERNANCE FOUNDATION OF STONE is governed by a board of directors, all believers in Jesus Christ, which combine their personal and professional life experiences in grantmaking, program integration, ministry assessment and administration. The group applies financial discernment through recognizing, encouraging, supporting and rewarding highly-effective Christian ministries. Effective ministries are often rare finds, because they are busily and faithfully doing God s work out of sight in their respective areas of the world. CROSSNET CRIMINAL JUSTICE MINISTRY Rehabilitation Begins Within The Heart CrossNet is a fellowship of Christian men and women who are gifted with compassion and giving hearts, empowered to share the infinite and life-changing love of Jesus Christ with incarcerated men and women. Operating in cooperation with state and local criminal justice systems, CrossNet provides a Christ-centered process of teaching and practical assistance to prisoners through weekly Bible discipleship study programs, life skills training programs, marriage and parenting seminars, and special events. The intent is to help them and their families build new lives independent of the criminal justice system. The criminal justice system is designed to control a prisoner s environment. However, a person s lawlessness and rebellion is from sin within the heart, which only God can change. CrossNet attempts to affect change from the inside out, introducing prisoners to genuine, lifechanging, Christ centered principles through a variety of counseling and training programs. True rehabilitation is a process that takes a person from a life without purpose or direction to spiritual rebirth, mental renewal and a realignment of priorities and values. Since 1993, CrossNet has served in five (5) Houston area prisons and jails; shared the Gospel and held weekly Bible studies for 9,200 inmates; provided free clothes to 150 ex-offenders; encouraged 1,300 prison staff members. Upon release, 11,000 ex-offenders received free employment guides within their area. Praise God! All this with only 50 active CrossNet volunteers! 24-Month Primary Adult Discipleship Process TRANSFORMATION 24-MONTH PRIMARY ADULT DISCIPLESHIP PROCESS provides Christian churches with a primary level adult educational system to disciple (personal spiritual development to spiritual maturity) through sequential learning (biblical schooling). Adults learn the Church Wide essential core doctrinal, historical and practical truths and commands throughout the Biblical Literacy Bible. Each believer establishes a foundation of lifelong faith, knowledge, love, obedience, purpose, service and experience with God. Transformation is first a personal experience, then spreads as a corporate experience throughout the church. Transformation s unique learning process to fast-track new and novice believers to a heightened level of spiritual maturity within 24 months. As biblical assimilation is accelerated, a rapid metamorphosis takes place in each person s life; opportunities for personal ministry become clear. Proof of new spiritual growth is measurable each week. Spiritually immature believers quickly understand new truths and become accountable for more time invested in learning. Personal spiritual paradigm shifts are commonplace where congregations hear testimonies of students reversal of former thinking and lifestyle choices. TM Preparing Men & Women for Lives of Astonishing Faith & Spiritual Maturity MINISTRY NEW! STARTUP Life transformation accelerates when adults become biblically literate and know God. Biblical literacy is the ability and willingness of an individual to read, listen, speak and write to understand the word of God and to be understood by others. Biblical literacy enables individuals to accurately and confidently navigate the Bible, know its deeper content, context and meaning. This expands opportunities for understanding and learning from The Holy Spirit as He speaks and teaches each believer. With Transformation, each church adopts the primary Transformation curriculum as a spiritual baseline for its adult believers. The pastor and staff benefit from this ongoing discipleship process as it raises familiarity and knowledge of the Bible churchwide. The common language of the congregation becomes deepened and mature. Transformation aligns the congregation from the bottom up as each new member goes through the process. Preaching, teaching, and learning are enriched throughout the church body. The church body is motivated with increased assurance and security of faith and prayer to take personal responsibility to accomplish church-wide goals that exercise faith, oneness and spiritual maturity.
