Please spread the word, as we want to support these two organizations as much as possible! It is sure to be a good day full of athletics and hilarity! THE FAITH IN ACTION PROGRAM of the Shepherd s Center of Greater Winston-Salem will be holding a volunteer orientation session on Wednesday, February 10, from 9:30am 12pm. The Shepherd s Center offers supportive services for older adults who wish to maintain independence in their own homes. Volunteers are needed to assist with transportation, home repairs, friendly visits, and caregiver respite. Catalyst Youth Ministries is teaming up with Clemmons:One Youth from Clemmons UMC to Serve the City on March 5th. If you are a person who needs yardwork, housework, minor home repairs (painting, wheelchair ramp, small porch, steps, minor flooring, etc.) organizing, etc. done and aren t able to do it yourself due to physical or financial reasons, let us know! Thank you! LENTEN PREACHING SERIES During Lent I will be using a resource by Rob Renfroe entitled A Way Through the Wilderness: Growing in Faith When Life is Hard.
