The Chapel is located at Holy Cross Parish, 252 Dubuc Street, Winnipeg. What a blessed opportunity this is for the faithful to come and spend time in the company of our Lord Jesus who is fully present in the Blessed Sacrament of the Eucharist. The chapel is open to all parishes. Persons who are interested in going to the chapel should go to the Holy Cross Parish Office to obtain an access pass card. Also, one can sign up for a regular time within the 24 hours a day on a weekly basis. We will be collecting new articles to donate to the Crisis Pregnancy Centre in support of mothers in need. We will be collecting your donations in the Gathering Space until Mother s Day. Catholica 200 In 2018 the Catholic Church in western and northern Canada is celebrating the 200 th anniversary of the proclamation of the Gospel and the establishment of the Catholic Church in these regions. The theme is And the desert shall blossom, from Psalm 64. Our highlight of the year will be Sunday, July 15 th at the archdiocese with a historical re-enactment of the arrival of the first 3 missionaries, a mass, local musical and cultural groups and an evening concert with well-known performers. The diocese is looking for volunteer choirs for 20- minute stage performances from 2:00 to 6:00 pm on the themes of Jubilation, youth, children, multicultural, and francophone.
