Adult Support The Christmas cantata requires a lot of adult support, so we are still counting on more of YOU to help in bringing forth the production. Please use the form in the at the Information Center to let us know what support you can provide. Place it in the box beside the Music Office door. ACTORS & ACTRESSES: For teens and adults WE NEED YOU! For small, non-speaking parts for the Christmas musical. Please fill out a Registration Form at the Information Center or see Cindi Decker TODAY WE NEED ABOUT 25 VOLUNTEERS for various roles! NATIVITY characters, and also some easy (non-speaking) interviews as well as some walk-ons. Please show your support for this musical by your small sacrifice of time and talent. You will probably have fun, too! Place the form in the box next to the Music Office. NATIVITY CHARACTERS will need to get their costumes between this week and next Sunday. You will rehearse in the afternoon please check with Cindi Decker for the time of your specific part. CHOIR CANTATA REHEARSAL Monday, November 27 at 7:30 PM. Please work with your rehearsal CD today if you are able. CHILDREN S LUNCH/REHEARSAL TODAY at 12:45 p.m. in Rooms 20 and 21 for the Christmas Musical! BRING A LUNCH for the child PLEASE CHECK THE POSTER FOR PICKUP TIMES. CHILDREN S COSTUMES: Children have received or will receive a costume sheet by today. All costume pieces should be brought in NEXT SUNDAY which is the FIRST DRESS REHEARSAL for the children. Basic white and black with black shoes plus anything additional will be noted. See Meg Woehr with questions. The regular lunch rehearsal will be extended to 5 PM. Cantata Flyers Available today at the Information Center! Grab some and invite your circle of family and friends to our musical entitled The Reason for the Season on Saturday, December 9 and Sunday, December 10, where we will share delightful drama and music along with the gospel message of what Christmas really means. Please use the insert CANTATA FLYERS and grab some more at the Information Center! This year s program features a larger adult choir along with the children s teams to share a message of peace through Jesus Christ in The Reason for the Season on Saturday, December 9 and Sunday, December 10. The true meaning of Christmas will be told in a delightful dramatic musical of favorite carols and beautiful new songs and fresh arrangements that you, your family, friends, neighbors and co-workers will love! 5

Health Concerns During the Services If you don t feel well during a service please summon an usher or ask a neighbor in the pew to summon someone so that we can adequately tend to any medical issues. Please do not be concerned about disrupting the service. We care about you! Parents & Children Parents, in an effort to consistently improve our worship services, we ask you to sit with your children and teenagers in the worship service so that all can be edified without great distraction. Phones and tablets can be used too by our young people to access sermon notes and the Bible online, but we ask that they refrain from other uses so that they can grow as well. Tithes & Offerings FBC keeps track of all financial giving by check or cash through an envelope system. If you want a financial tax deduction statement at the end of year, please help us by requesting and using our envelope system.
