The meeting was called to order at 4:36 P.M. by Faithful Navigator (FN) Steve Canali. The opening ceremony was conducted. The opening ode was not sung. Instead the Assembly recited the Pledge of Allegiance and sang the first verse of the National Anthem. A prayer was offered by Faithful Friar Father Jack Kelly. The role of officers was called and noted as follows: Officers Fraternal Year 2012/2013: Faithful Navigator: Steve Canali P Faithful Scribe: Chris Cooper P Faithful Comptroller: Rod Komlofske P Inner Sentinel: Frank Byrne A Faithful Friar: Father Jack Kelly P Outer Sentinel: Bill Hoadley A Faithful Captain: Jose Santos P Faithful Trustee: John Handley A Faithful Admiral: Robert Timbers A Faithful Trustee: John Kotz A Faithful Purser: George I. Addison P Faithful Trustee: Ernesto Chapa A Faithful Pilot: Bob Testa A The Faithful Friar reported: Father Jack briefed there is a Catholic Cemetery in the Fayetteville area. It is located at San Isidro Catholic Church (website: http://www.siccnc.org/). Our Faithful Fair spoke about Pentecost Sunday. Pope Francis recognizes Pentecost as the New Evangelism. Catholics should not be tepid in their Faith, but be more active in proclaiming the Word of God. The minutes of the preceding meeting were read. Past Faithful Navigator (PFN) Bob White moved to accept the preceding meeting minutes with corrections. Sir Knight (SK) Barry Keith made a second on the motion. APPROVED. The following bills were read and referred: Nothing Significant To Report (NSTR). The following communications were read by FN Steve Canali: NSTR The Faithful Comptroller Report: SK Rod Komlofske briefed (See Attachment 1 for the entire report): Membership: 130 Beginning Income: $2,378.30 Committed Funds: $290.33 Funds Available: $2,976.24 The Faithful Purser George Addison reported: NSTR. The following committees reported: Meeting Committee: Faithful Scribe Chris Cooper briefed 50/50 Drawing would be postponed to the Assembly Meeting on 16 June 2013 due to the Fellowship Meal cancellation. He also briefed the 4 TH Degree Exemplification held in Charlotte, NC went well. Page 1

Memorial Day Wreath Laying Ceremony: PFN Bob White briefed the Memorial Day 2013 - Wreath Laying Ceremony is scheduled for 27 May 2013. Show Time: 9:30 AM. Start Time: 10:00 AM. PFN Bob White moved to accept the Slate of Officer Nominees for Fraternal Year 2013-2014. Faithful Captain Jose Santos made a second on the motion. APPROVED. The Installation of Officers for 2013-2014 will be held in July 2013 (exact date TBD). SK Rod Komlofske moved to donate $200.00 to the Military Chaplin's Fund. PFN Bob White made a second on the motion. APPROVED. PFN Bob White moved to buy a $75.00 advertisement at the Knights of Columbus Squires Convention 2013. SK Carlos Cortez made a second on the motion. APPROVED. PFN Bob White inquired if the Assembly would be interested in donating $150.00 for a Hospitality Suite at the 26 October 2013 4 TH Degree Exemplification. After discussion this request will be tabled to the new Fraternal Year 2013-2014. SK Rod Komlofske inquired about a donation to Coats for Kids. FN Steve Canali briefed the yearly Assembly Election of Officers. After discussion this request will be tabled to the new Fraternal Year 2013-2014. SK Rod Komlofske requested $51.50 reimbursement for badges for the Assembly's newest members. SK Carlos Cortez moved to reimburse SK Rod Komlofske $51.50 for the badges. SK Jose Santos made a second on the motion. APPROVED. SK Bob Hambly contacted District Master, SK David Onofrio, about hosting a 4TH Degree Exemplification at the All American Chapel on Fort Bragg. More details to follow. He also briefed our Faithful Friar, Father Jack Kelly, was recognized on the State Level. [This item needs to be clarified.] Page 2

The next Assembly meeting will be 16 June 2013 @ 2:30 PM, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Roman Catholic Church. Healy [Clarify Name] & Carolyn Carter. The closing ceremony was not conducted due to time constraints.
