What you will learn today? Why are we revitalizing this program? What are our membership problems What is the Membership Advisor (MA) Program? What is the strategy for implementa>on of the program? How will it benefit our Chapters?
Challenges of Membership EWI is has been experiencing a tremendous decline in membership even though we have a marke>ng program, expanded the types of membership categories, removed the non-compete clause, established individual memberships, and recently established an unlimited number of representa>ves per member firm.
Challenges of Membership To date, we are losing more members each year than we are gaining over the last ten years. Currently, the organiza>on has 48 Chapters. Of those chapters, 25 have less than 25 members. Now is the >me to do something and we hope through the Membership Advisor (MA) Program we can help our chapters succeed.
What is the MA Program? The purpose is to assist Chapters in retaining their members. Each Chapter will be assigned an advisor that will be a direct connec>on that can give guidance. Can be easily implemented at no-cost.
Who are the Membership Advisors (MA)? A past chapter president Representa>ve for five years or longer From a chapter with 25 or more members Have excellent verbal and writen communica>on skills Exhibit servant leadership Be totally commited and believe in making this program a success

Proposed Solu>ons The primary goal of this program will be to work on membership and assist the Chapters with retaining and increasing membership. The MA s will be the point of contact for the chapters and we suggest that Chapters first contact their MA with any issues they have. This will build rela>onships with Chapters and our Chapters will have a personal connec>on with their MA to help them.
What is our strategy for implementa>on? We are on our way!!!
