THE CALL TO WORSHIP Psalm 25: 5-7, 10 [ Pastor/CONGREGATION ]
Minister: Lead me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; for You I wait all the day long. People: Remember Your mercy, O LORD, and Your steadfast love, for they have been from of old.
Minister: Remember not the sins of my youth or my transgressions; according to Your steadfast love remember me, for the sake of Your goodness, O LORD!
People: All the paths of the LORD are steadfast love and faithfulness, for those who keep His covenant and His testimonies
Congregational Prayer of Confession ALL: Have mercy on me, O God, according to Your steadfast love. My sin has been against You, although others have been hurt as well.
It is against You that I have rebelled. It is against You that I have been angry - and yet it is to You that I cry for mercy! Even with my best intentions sin seems ever to creep in.

When He had gone a little farther, He saw James son of Zebedee and his brother John in a boat preparing their nets.
