Isaiah 26:4 The Love of Trinity Dinner Auction We are looking forward to the For the Love of Trinity auction on Saturday! Thank you in advance to everyone who contributed to the annual auction dinner all guests, volunteers, donors, church and school families. Help Keep Our Kids and Staff Healthy As a reminder, children must stay home if they show symptoms of sore throat, earache, fever, stomach upset, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, persistent cough or reddened, watering eyes during the previous 24 hours. Students should remain at home until fever-free and symptom-free for a full 24 hours and/or until completely recovered. Congratulations! Measure of Academic Progress (MAP) Testing Way to go 82% of 4-8 graders tested above the national average! Support an Alumni Leiyoko Haynes ( 15) is going on a volunteer trip to Costa Rica. Leiyoko writes, This is something I've wanted to do for a long time, and I am so grateful for this opportunity! One of the ways I am going to make this trip a reality is through fundraising. Chapel Offering The 3rd quarter chapel offering will be donated to Lutheran Church Charities Comfort Dog Ministry. Please give generously to support this wonderful ministry. The Kare-9 Comfort Dogs will be the greeters at the Dinner auction! There will be a donation box at the dinner auction to support this this important ministry. Volunteer Opportunity at Trinity After-school Tutor tutor a child in your specialty from 3:20 4:20 p.m. Thought of the Week: GOD > your problems. Blessings, Mr. Landgrave Ablaze Singers Sing February 12 Ablaze Singers are singing at the 8:30 a.m. service on Sunday, Feb. 12. Choir members should meet in the church lower level at 8:10 a.m. This is another great opportunity to praise God with our voices! Please send a Fast Direct message to Mrs. Wendte if your child is unable to sing that Sunday. Return Your 2017-2018 Re-enrollment Form Soon We hope you plan to continue your child s Christ-centered education with Trinity for 2017-2018! If so, please complete and return a re-enrollment form by February 28. For our planning purposes, we also need to know if you do not plan to re-enroll your child(ren) next year. A form was sent home with the youngest child from each family, and forms are also available in the school office. Enrollment will be open to the community and new students starting March 1, so be sure to secure your spot(s) by the end of February!

PAWS News and Upcoming Events Valentine s Day Parties With Valentine's Day fast approaching, our PAWesome room parents are busy planning room parties. If you PAWS News and Upcoming Events have availability on Valentine's Day to help with your child's classroom, please contact the classroom lead parent to find ways in which you can help! If you re not sure who to contact, our wonderful PAWS team member Kristin Stephens can help direct you! PAWS meeting February 28 Please make plans to attend the upcoming PAWS meeting on Tuesday, February 28. We will vote on the budget, and Mr. Hammes has offered to do a special presentation on Google Education. This is a great way to see how our teachers and our education system is evolving in a very technically- based universe! Box Tops Store Box Tops store will be open after school on Friday, February 24. Students redeeming Box Tops will notice a lot of new prizes to choose from! Scholastic Book Fair PAWS is excited to announce the Scholastic Book Fair will be at Trinity March 6-10. We rely on our great Trinity families and wonderful teachers and staff to help run the event. We are currently working on the schedule and will have volunteer time spots posted soon! Color Day Thank you to all the students and staff for participating in February's Fun Friday event last week Color Day! We had nearly 100% participation with first place going to the orange team (3rd Grade). Team red (4th grade) and Team neon (6th grade) were close contenders!
